Dollar General

Out of all the Dollar Generals around. I would have to say this is the nicest one .They always have what I am looking for so they are well stocked. The manager is friendly even on those days she doesn't seem to really feel well she puts everything aside to wait on the customer. The staff is always right there when it is time to check out. They always ask if there is something they can help me find and greet us - as I and other customers enter the store. I have not experienced that at other Dollar Generals. Even the customers in the store are friendly.

I love it here they are short handed because people don't want to work but I can say this much the Manager and one of the workers Mary Are wonderful they are always there to help me they greet me when I come in and when I go if I need anything they are there unlike some of the other stores This store makes you feel like family when you walk through the door

The young gentleman working the register at the Varina dollar general today, is the nicest ,most professional fellow I have seen in some time. Kind words go a long way. You never know how someone's day is going. Be kind! You can give another hope though you may not realize

Their main employee (lafonda) is hands down the best associate they've had since opening. She should be running the store. The store is now clean, free of debris, great sale selection located at the front of the store each week. The lines are usually long if you go during peak times. Usually there's one associate at the register (typically lafonda) while the others look on but never assist. However ,we dont mind waiting because of the level of friendly service she delivers and the close proximity to my house ( we have no other local quick stores aside from the foodlion).

The Dollar General on Jefferson Davis is great. The associates and the store manager are true professionals and make their customers feel appreciated. They are always helpful,friendly and polite. This store is an asset to the franchise.

I just love this gem of a store! I can go through each I'll quickly get any item that I'm looking for and able to check out without having to wait forever.....great place for quality and great prices

I always like going to the store but today was super cool the young lady my items was super nice and super friendly. Forgot to ask her name but she had a ponytail with a natural curls at the end

They were out of the eggs I originally stopped in for, but I still had an unexpectedly great service experience due to the lovely woman working the register this morning.

I love the quaint size of this store yet had all needed items. No need to go to Walmart with this done the street! thanks!!
