Great customer service. I purchased a power cable for an Xbox one that didn't work. Brought it back and they gave me another one off the shelf. I was also had questions about the meta quest 2 and all my questions were answered!

The customer service is always great, David was extremely knowledgeable about the products available and what might suit my purposes most appropriately. I am highly satisfied with my new console and I’m looking forward to picking new games from this shop!

The employees here are the absolute best! They actually care about you and your life! We usually spend about an hour in here, and it’s such a great hour! Kim is the sweetest SM!!! I called the store tonight and asked for her to ask something, and told the guy that answered my name, and he went to grab her. When she answered, she straight up told me that she dropped what she was doing (it was 8:30, so they were getting ready to close), and answered the phone like a good friend!!!! EVERY TIME WE GO IN, we feel like part of that team. They don’t give us the fake retail smiles, they don’t try to sell things they don’t think we’d play, they don’t try to push things that we won’t buy! And yet I somehow spend more money here than any other store I shop at!!!! They do such a good job because they get to know you and your habits! And it’s amazing!!!! It’s also nice to be able to talk to a fellow gamer girl!!!!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!!

I always have a great time every time I go here. Even my kids enjoy going here. I've never had a bad time at this store the entire time I've lived in Pensacola. Update: still my first stop whenever I think of gaming needs. Sure I visit other nearby Gamestop locations, but this is my main location.

Victoria was there both times I went in, first for the psvr bundle and to buy a game. She is the nicest and most helpful GameStop employee I've had
the pleasure to take care of me. She is the reason that GameStop's are worth going to instead of buying on Amazon or other places. Having someone there that actual cares about our satisfaction is so important

Went to trade in a game and buy a new one, they said the promo stuff, I said no thanks. They didn’t push it further and that’s always a good thing! Nice people. Business over and done with in 3 minutes!

I went here to find games for my son's bday. I have no idea about these things and Chris who was a manager took a few mins to help me personally! Thanks Chris my kiddo was happy with the games you helped me pick :)

This place is always nice and clean when I come in. Staff is friendly and give wonderful gaming advice. Anytime I've had a problem the staff have always been wonderful in helping me.
