It’s clean, and well organized! They have good brands for like pacsun, north face, Nike etc. You can sell stuff to them too but remember they’re for teens so they might not take everything! The staff are also very friendly and polite! Other raters please remember these wonderful employees are opening this store for the first time so they deserve some grace as they are experiencing customers for the first time while we’re experiencing the store for the first time. I love how clean and organized this place is! No clothes on the ground and clothes are properly placed where they need to be. This makes it easier and quicker to make a purchase. Used to shop at goodwill for years till they up did their prices and took out dressing rooms. This will be for sure my new store to shop with thank you! 🙏😊

This is not a high-end boutique nor is it a thrift store. The store is catered to a Teenage to young adult crowd. It’s a whole vibe from the music to the staff and the management very upbeat positive atmosphere. Easy to maneuver through and find a great deal. You really should stop in and check them out.

Clean and organized. Biggest Plato’s I’ve been in. Only downfall is that they do not have a bathroom for customers and was told the nearest bathroom was Publix.

Went to drop off a couple bags of clothes and the customer service is very decent. I will go here again and also in Ocoee.

Was impressed the first couple times I went but unfortunately my opinion has changed. I brought my little sister in because she’s never been and the staff were extremely rude. They talked bad about someone’s stuff in front of them. I watched them laugh and make someone feel extremely uncomfortable. Unsure why they felt the need to shame someone based on the clothing items they were brining in. Honestly it wasn’t even bad items. From what I could see it was all designer name brand items Ex: Hollister , Some Michael Kors Items. Some even had tags. Offered the poor girl 5.00 for some of the items.

Worst experience, too much fast fashion even prices on that were ridiculous considering online price. Lines wrapped around the store and cashiers moving slow. There were people behind counter just standing around looking at the chaos, Also I never got my change back and I wasn’t going to argue over a few cents. They had me write my name for a raffle and I found the same ticket back with my receipt. Also forgot to bag my clothes. Just completely discombobulated. Safe to say never going back.

Going in here was such an odd experience. It's not like thrift store stuff, it's like flea market stuff. The entire staff are teenagers and early 20 something's so I don't think they are knowledge based on high end/boutique clothes. I took in some clothes and shoes from high end/boutiques across the country including stuff from Rodeo Dr in LA, Vegas, & Chicago and then some every day items from Kohls and Old Navy. They didn't want the high end stuff but took the Kohls and Old Navy items. I had 2 pairs of never been worn shoes and they passed on those as well. I've since sold my other items online and in 24 hours made $175. It's strange but I wish them good luck.
