I scheduled an appointment to get my makeup done and they exceeded my expectations! All of the staff was so incredibly friendly and supportive. I was lucky enough to have Monica as my makeup artist and she absolutely SLAYED the look! The makeup was for my elopement and she made sure it came out perfect. I was SO grateful and happy with not only her services but also her personality. Such a sweet women to talk to just hours before such a big event. Highly recommend her and this location for your make up needs!

I must say this Sephora team is the best I ever encountered.
Olivia, Jackie, Glenda, Jonathan and Sam were all so helpful and handled me with so much care for a last minute Christmas gift close to closing time! Their manager Lillian was a hero in my book for allowing me to make the purchase. This team definitely made someone very happy for Christmas.

I am here for business and it was Mt 1st time in this Sephora :
1 Parking is NOT super easy because it is in a town center so keep in mind that you need to park probably a bit further from the store and walk
2 The store itself is super clean and organized
3 I liked that the Employees here Don't harass or follow you asking constantly "What do u need? Do u need help?" . I loved the freedom
4 I already knew the perfume I was buying as I buy it all the time but I also wanted something new and when I was ready I asked to an employee. I cannot remember her name but she was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! She also gave me tips about oil perfumes and the spray and I did trust her and bought a new one

I had my "full face" make up done by Amanda prior to a family photo shoot and she did a great job at delivering what i asked for (a natural, daytime look). Amanda was patient, professional and did a great job so I figured she deserved a review!

I love the store but it is so weird that after all these years they don’t give out perfume samples which or $1 billion company seems to be very stingy how can you buy perfume without having a miniature tester- I can’t do thatThey gave me some nonsense about Covid Has nothing to do with Covid. Not one of the employees was wearing a mask so where does C

come in to giving samples What does that have to do with Covid

I went in for my birthday gift they were out of two out of four items what is going on with Sephora really and the sample for your birthday is getting smaller and smaller every year !!!My Friend says she never wants to come back. Sad but true and I must sayI’ve been shopping Sephora since it opened in Town Center, Boca Raton .

Never disappointed with this Sephora. Always stock with everything I need and everyone is so helpful. Last time I showed them a picture of what I wanted and she helped to get exactly that. The only problem is finding parking other than that is my favorite location.

How can you not love it. If they don't have something you can just get it online. Also I like the fact that they sell gluten free lipstick.

The ladies that work there are great! They answered all of my questions, we tried several products until I was satisfied. Plus she gave me samples of others that I might want to purchase later. I would highly recommend going there to anyone.

Customer service is outstanding!! Alyssa helped me find just the right shade of foundation and lip color and was super sweet! I wish I could give 10 stars!!

Flew down from Atlanta..Ava did my Makeup Appointment on 7/16. For my HS Reunion.. I kept getting compliments all night . I was Camera Ready Chile.lol
Ava was polite Professional and Sweet thanks for the Memories .My best friend bought some stuff while she waited for me all the employees were helpful attentive and customer service oriented ..

The ladies were all very polite. They even apologized for the long line, the day I went they were packed. Tons of great samples to try from skincare to makeup and perfume. I left with some great products recommended to me by the ladies. Very clean location.

Wendy is amazing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, in helping me match my color for a new foundation. Then she helped me find the perfect brand and color for my lip gloss. The store was neat and organized, I had no problem finding what I was looking for. But I went for the staff and the customer experience, and would absolutely recommend to a friend

The girl with the red glasses was really helpful . Super helpful! Her name was Michelle, definitely will go back and speak to her without any hesitation. Also the manager that took care of me on Saturday December 3rd & cashed me out around 4:45 thank you so much for understanding my situation and giving me my refund. Charles also was very helpful that day, super kind, and took he’s time to take care of me. Love this store !

I had a wonderful experience I think the person that helped me was Nat (I'm so bad at remembering names sorry). She tried so hard to color match me but wasn't satisfied so instead gave me a great primer that would combat my concerns with the foundation already had that was a fit. I appreciate not being up sold on things I'm not 100% in love with. Great product recommendations, super chill but still professional staff. Usually this store is a hit or miss for me depending on who I get but today was a home run.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked in the door. This was my first time ever shopping at Sephora and even at age 39, I know nothing about taking care of my skin. I had several questions, and the staff was amazing at recommending products that fit my skin type and explaining how to use them. I went in for one item that a friend recommended and I walked out with several to help with some problem areas for myself and my daughter. We both tried the products last night and the difference really was noticeable immediately. I love that you have 30 days to return a product if it doesn't work out, regardless of whether you've used it or not. Needless to say, they have a customer for life.
