Staff member Dora was fantastic. Her happy attitude was contagious and the line of people she made happy during a busy period. Dora waa fabulous and I will go to this location again because of Dora.

I am from out of state and needed some help with packaging and shipping some family photos in Miami Beach back to my home. I called Melissa explaining what I needed to do and she was so helpful from the beginning. She took me through every step of the way, followed through with everything she said she would and even checked in after to ensure all was taken care of as I needed. Melissa also repackaged my boxes to reduce the number of them being shipped back which saved me money. I would highly recommend working with and her team.

Yanni was the best UPS employee I’ve ever worked with. He was very efficient and patient with how many boxes we just shipped and the different addresses. Extremely helpful and thorough. Such a pleasant experience with him!!

I love this UPS store. I am always greeted with a big smile. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Serany is amazing. She works so hard to please her customers. It’s a pleasure to come here.

The guys at this UPS are the best! This location is the cleanest, they don’t charge you to tape up your packages… And they help you carry your stuff with a friendly demeanor. They’re wearing masks every time I’ve been there.
I live closer to a different location and I drive out to this one because of the service. Alfonso and
Yanny go out of their way to help out. Keep up the good work!

The idea of having to ship a queen sized mattress was daunting but Melissa and Yanni could not have made it any easier. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, swift and careful throughout the entire process. The most positive experience I’ve ever had with UPS in my entire life. I’m literally smiling leaving the store right now. I was so stressed trying to get my work monitor back home and they did everything so efficiently and assured me it’ll get there in time. They printed out the slip and packaged up the box incredibly well. Can’t recommend this store any more highly for your shopping needs.

Great store, Melissa was awesome and alfonso took care of me and my wife instantly! They acknowledged us at the front door when we walked in and helped us get out package to where it needed to go! Clean, efficient and respectful ups store location.

These guys know what they are doing! I had a valuable painting that I needed to have packaged and mailed. The store manager personally packaged and wrapped the painting IN A VERY SECURE WAY. They took pics of the process and texted them to me. Then they followed up to make sure the painting arrived safely! I highly recommend using this UPS Store! Attention to customer details....OFF THE CHARTS!

A UPS Store experience boils down to customer service and the willingness of employees and management to go above and beyond. This is what makes this location stand out, from walking into the door and noticing someone was available to assist me right away was a big plus.

A mundane task such as shipping a package to relatives isn't something I get giddy about but it was so much fun to chat with the staff and they made me feel like my shipments were just as important to them as it would be for my recipients.

A great location that is easy to find and a wonderful staff who made my experience pleasant and enjoyable, what more could you want? Kudos to the owners of this UPS Store for getting off to a fantastic start!

I love this ups store! There is NEVER a line. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Yanni helped me pack some glass objects today and took his time to ensure they would not break. I go here for all my shipping needs.

Best UPS store ive been to, had difficulties returning an item and after fighting with customer service with amazon and ups stores near me i spoke with i believe Yannis and he got it situated in just 10mins. I was in and out! Incredible!!! BRAVO TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!

I wish I could give this UPS Store 10 stars. I just had the worst experience at the UPS store at 65th and Collins. Not only was the employee incredibly rude he was trying to over charge me $100 🤣. When I walked in here they treated me with a smile, needless to say Alfonso was so kind and helpful. He reviewed all the laws for the country I was sending to and helped me the entire time with patience. The store on 65th and Collins can learn something from this location!!!!!!

Ok,,,, Went to UPS today to drop off my package. The guy at the counter did an excellent job, was informative and gave me great advice about shipping my package. Corporate should be proud to have employees like this. He's name is Yani, i think.

Great location (at a free trolley stop), friendly service, clean and organized, decent shipping prices.
Other shipping stores in Miami Beach didn't have as good reviews, so I went to ship a box at this location. Martin and Sandra were friendly and professional and helped me select a box and get it packed. It was 15 lbs and cost $30 to ship UPS ground. The price of the box was $7, discounted from $8.50, which is exorbitant for a 14"x14" box but that's obviously where these stores make their money - supplies and services.I was in and out in 15 mins. and that included time spent chatting about travel spots!

Wow what great customer service from the two young men helping our community! I was attempting to send a box to my son overseas and the information provided was spot on! So happy we have good people in this area they made my ordeal so easy to deal with. Thank you so much.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
