Caliente is the place to be, and Miguel is truly the best advisor! He was very knowledgeable on everything in the shop. Miguel showed me how the products worked. He showed me which accessories go with which ever product for a better experience with my partner , and introduced me to all new supplements, and lubes. Who knew there was so much out there… I will be coming back again because the staff and store is fire ! Truly Caliente!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Diancy during my shopping experience. Her extensive product knowledge was evident as she guided my husband and me to find the perfect item. Diancy's kindness and helpfulness made the entire process enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic and personalized service.

Miguel is the best. Makes you feel comfortable, talks to where the point he makes you want to by more . Because the way he breaks down the toy on how it will leave you wanted more . Tries to make sure that you get more of a understanding of it
