AT&T Store

I bought a new iPhone at this location. I was helped by Michael who was fabulous. Henry and Zachary were also very helpful
I came back to next day to work out some kinks and was helped by both Henry and Zachary. They were professional, pleasant respectful and went above and beyond.
I hope you realize what a wonderful staff you have.

Michael was amazing! I was having some issues with my phone he quickly had a resolution and helped me upgrade my phone and plan. His customer service skills and knowledge were amazing. 100% coming here when I need help.

I stopped in this morning to get some iPhone help. In talking with Michael, he mentioned that they have a Florida age 55+ plan for Florida residents. His colleague quickly signed me up and it will cut my bill in half!

I came into the store around 6 after a long day at work
My wife and I were greeted by the manager. I believe his name was Edward or Eddy
He explained all my options in trading my phone in for a new one and also explained how I could trade in her phone
The manager and the salesman answered all my questions and fully explaned all the details

Michael was a great young man so patient and knowledgeable! He took time and answered all my questions about the different devises and plans that best suited me. I definitely recommend Michael to everyone ! Thank you again Michael you made the process fantastic.

Michael, thee sales rep was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to help me find the perfect products. I highly recommend Michael for all of your cell, internet & direct T.V.

Personable, helpful and seem to really care…Vic solved my problem in one minute, literally, one minute. The night before my visit to this location, I was on the phone with tech support for 3 hours 17 minutes!!! Vic immediately, without hesitation, knew what to do. Awesome store- best one I have been to. Wont go to any other. Marie was wonderful, as was Nelda. I trusted them with understanding all the financials, and they set me up with the best plan, at the best price. It’s really important to have a phone store that you can always go into for advice.

I am beyond impressed with the excellent customer service that was provided to me. I am a previous Verizon customer and you cannot compare the two!! Will and Chad were very helpful and detailed in helping me get phone lines for my entire family. There are other AT&T stores closer to me but this one is well worth the travel! Super clean store, great customer care, and a stress free visit, what more can you ask for!

I had a very good experience here. Got two cell plans quickly. People were friendly and service was fast.

Will at the ATT store is a wonderful salesperson. He is a wonderful salesman and has the patience of a Saint. He spent hours with us where we learned a lot. Thank God for Will. The staff at the AT&T Store at Mizner Park in Boca Raton are Rock Stars!! From the management team of Saed and Chad Lee, to the sales associates Bradley and Miguel, not only did they give me some of the best service of my life, but they had my best interest at heart. Regardless of what I’m looking for, not only do they treat me like I’m their BEST customer, they treat me like I’m their ONLY customer! What more could I possibly ask for?
