AT&T Store

John Nguyen was beyond helpful with my phone account and broken phone dilemma. He outlined several options and accommodated me with endless knowledge. I only come to this store in Orange County. They always are so kind. I had a problem and Victor the manager was able to help me. I felt like my issue was complicated, but he understood and found a solution for me. He got me a great deal on my new iPhone! I feel like the staff here is well trained. Every time I come to this store I feel confident they will take care of me. Because of people like Victor I stay with AT&T.

Alex really helped us out on our visit. We'd come in to ask why the bill was so high after some changes and was able to find a charge that never applied to us. He told us what to do and was with us during the call to customer service to ensure we were helped.

I had a great experience at this store switching back to AT&T from another carrier. I traded in devices and upgraded 5 new iPhones. The devices were shipped to my home quickly. The manager, Alicia, personally helped me through the activation of one of them that needed some special attention. She was kind and accommodating of my needs as well were the other staff I had exposure to. It was a very good overall experience! Thank you Alicia and staff.

Juliet gave exceptional customer service today when I walked in to cancel a prepay phone account. She was extremely knowledgeable and did everything she could to quickly resolve the issue and to complete the transaction in 15 minutes! She saved me $40 per month on a phone account which I wasn't really using.

Omar was awesome. He helped me out tremendously without any hassle or headache. I thought the process was going to be complicated but it is pretty easy and quick. He also help addressed all my questions and made it easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable about the plans and products. Glad to have him helping me.

Julia was awesome! We went in about an hour before they closed up shop and she was still full of great positive energy. She showed us multiple different options when upgrading 2 phones and we were in and out of there in no time! I highly recommend coming down to see her if you’re looking at upgrading your current phone! It was a wonderful experience.

We have been customers of AT&T for years and years. This is by far the best AT&T store around. The main reason is Vanessa!! We had a multiple issues with our phones, upgrades and phone bill and Vanessa saved the day. She worked with us on multiple occasions and each time we left feeling like we got the best possible service and care. She is knowledgeable and so patient and is one the biggest reasons we won't switch from AT&T.

when I first walked in , I was greeted by Juliet and she helped me out with updating my phone and telling me the differences with the plans and phones. great sales person and did not push anything on me I did not want. 100% recommend going to her for all needs.

Juliette was an amazing sales representative and this is coming from commercial sales director. She is the kind of talent I want at my diagnostic sales company. I usually dread having to go through the phone upgrade process as last time I it took over an hour. Juliet completed the entire process in 20 min and convinced me to upgrade my plan, phone, insurance and buy all 4 accessories I needed for my phone: I usually would never do all that but she sold me on the value.
AT&T, keep this one happy. She is more than valuable!
