In an area where many of the shops sell similar products, it comes down to customer service. Beach To BLVD. at St. John's Pass has the kind of customer service that you just can't find anywhere anymore. They truly care, and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I will stop there every time I get to Florida, and now I will most likely order from them online when I am home in Wisconsin.

Worst customer service ever! Very Rude! Which is so frustrating. Would not allow an exchange for a smaller size (hat) , that I bought the day before, and had the receipt .all bc it did not have its tags on, thanks lady you need to work on your communication skills not sure why you work with the public.

wife bought me a size medium shirt here and it was huge on me. I always take a size medium. Came back the next day and they would not refund our money
