If you’re looking for above and beyond customer service, ask for “Head Huncho”. I walked in defeated that I couldn’t find a certain shoe thinking it was dead stock and he and Dylan located the shoes and, even after a mishap, ensured that I got them just in time. Very prompt, courteous and cares about their customers!

Great staff of young people! Very helpful when I’m looking for something specific. Love the store layout. This is urban wear! If you want a shopping experience from Neiman Marcus then go there.
