I went to AutoZone this evening to replace my windshield wipers. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful the entire process. Duncan even went out of his way and assisted me with installing my new blades and was very sweet our entire interaction. I will definitely be back for any of my vehicle needs. I'm very happy with the service I received!!!

Love this auto zone it’s within walking distance to my job. I messed around with some of the buttons on my car earlier in the day & it threw my speedometer & a few other settings off. I thought I would have to pay for a sensor but Ralph saved me the headache today, was helpful & came out to look at my car and helped me get it switched back over & also showed me how to going through the settings & change it back myself if the situation ever occurs again. Thanks again Ralph! :)

Melvin was amazing. He hooked me up with a new battery. The whole team here at this location is great. They all take their line of work seriously and professionally and are all honest people. Thank you all so much. I sincerely appreciate the help!

I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but one of the employees in the store tonight didn't hesitate to grab the store's portable jumper and run out with us on foot into rush hour traffic in the middle lane of Olive to help a family whose car died there. And he was still helping them with the car when we left them in the parking lot. Great work using your tools and expertise to really help a community member in need!

I had a battery I thought might be going bad. I drove to Auto Zone. Sylvie was great. She did a diagnostic of the battery right on the spot. The tester said the battery was bad. Right on the spot she took out the old battery and installed a Duralast Gold battery with a 3 year warranty. A lot of things related to the old battery were rusted and difficult to use. She used WD-40 and got everything to work. Her work for me was definitely stellar. I couldn't have gotten better service. She is a real asset to your staff.

I have NEVER had a better car experience than I did at this Autozone. The guys on duty were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I ubered there from Mercy hospital because my battery quit when I arrived. When I got to the store I explained my situation and plan to buy a charger pack and get a battery once it was charged. They amended my plan to include a ride back to the hospital, a jump with a store battery pack, and installation of a new battery after I returned to the store. Not once did they talk town to me like I had no idea about a car. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by all involved AND walked out with a new battery for less than I would have spent for the battery pack. I am now home safe and sound because of these men. Thank you for everything today, guys!

I had the best experience this morning at this location. I completed a 10 hour overnight shift just to find my car refusing to start 🤦🏽‍♀ I came to this AutoZone location and was met with a friendly face and Brandon provided excellent customer service. He and Melvin were able to get my problem resolved quickly AND accurately. They made a $250 purchase and little more easy to handle through my frustrations and being exhausted from work. I know they have great leadership under the location manager, Morris!

This store actually tries to help you and not just sells you parts. Group of guys here knows what they are doing and can tell you how to do something. They make sure you got the right part.

Melvin gave me excellent service, even while very busy. He was professional and gave me some great tips to help with my car after getting the battery and alternator tested. He even triple checked his work. I will definitely be back. I believe he was a manager, and if not he should be.

Emma diagnosed our check engine light and offered several next steps to resolve the issue. She loves all things automotive, and is enthusiastic about fixing cars. She was genuinely concerned about us and our car. Ask for her in your time of need!

I just wanted to share my experience with this Autozone (Olive @ FeeFee). Just minutes from my home. Mr. Melvin goes above and beyond for his customers. He hooked up the tester, and in minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong. He worked his magic to help us get back on the road. We truly appreciate your service, sir. And we will be back. I can't thank you enough for your genuine hospitality.

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the advice that Melvin at the Creve Coeur AutoZone on Olive gave me the other day. I walked in explained a little bit of what I had going on and he took the time and detail to explain everything I need to do down to almost seconds and everything he told me to do I did and everything he said it was going to do it did. Thank you again so much I can't appreciate this enough to take the time and explain it to me and was one of the most polite men I've ever dealt with to talk to you see

My car was out of oil and I was rushing to see my mom before she went into surgery. The people here helped me so much and so quickly I made it in time to see her. This is a great place to help if you are automotivly challenged like me. Edin was the best and help me get my hood open (so complicated-why) add the oil, and double check the levels. He did not have to do that and I really appreciate his time and everyone's help there. Thank you all for being great people and really making someone's day better.

There is still one place I can count on for courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service. Needed a battery replacement, and Mike had me taken care of in a flash.

Greg was amazing! I needed a new battery and it was going to be a bit of a challenge to replace due to the location of the battery, not to mention it was dark and cold outside. Greg didn’t mind doing this for me and I was very appreciative! He certainly goes above and beyond what is required of an employee. Not all locations are equal, but I will say this AutoZone is fantastic. All the staff inside were super friendly and welcoming. I will gladly go back for any other auto needs I have.

I am most impressed with Troy for helping me troubleshoot and help with purchasing and installing my battery for both my key fob and car. He went out if his way to help me. He is a truly kind, patient, understanding, personable and very knowledgeable person. You have won my loyalty. I will tell others of my great experience. Thank you!!!

I stopped by after work when my battery died, and the staff were extremely helpful. They helped me to swap my battery, despite the far more corroded than I thought battery terminals, and even helped to install a new terminal when it became apparent that my cable was too far gone and needed to be replaced. And did I mention that this was in the dark and cold?

The staff at this location are excellent, and I'll definitely be returning whenever I need something for my car.
