CVS is fast. I love that if you got the app they will let you know when your medicine is ready instead of having to call all the time.. 10/10 recommend!!!

Well I love CVS if Amber Johnson, I think her cousins name is Courtney which both used to work at lanier's, 🍁 And the man are the sweetest people ever now however the other lady is very rude always tells me they are out of my meds and i call back and one of other one's will answer and ask me to hold on as they look and ALWAYS come back with the meds that was called in

the store is FILTHY, & the staff don't even look up from their phones when you come in. there's trash in the parking lot that has been there 6 months. it's gross.

It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone and waiting in the drive true to pick up is horrible. The Older male Pharmacist is just rude. Hate to bother yall.

They have many items you can not find elsewhere in town. They are very expensive for everyday items. I often decide to do with out or wait rather than pay there prices. This does not reflect there pharmacy which is nice for a small town.

Employees need to stay off their cell phones while at work and attend to customers.

I went to the store once in 2016. I was in town visiting my grandmother who lives on the Lake there. I also graduated from the local community college in 2017. The cashier lady who must have been in her 30s with blondish hair called the police on me. I was asked a question or two by a man in uniform there in the isles, like this was a casual thing. I never felt so disrespected. It is as if I moved into the twilight zone and I am now that Bigfoot creature every one is trying to arrest. It is as if I took the place of another. If the cashier ever contacted me about this I will report her. I will also file a complaint to her supervisor or to the local police because I would then feel even more harassed by her. I should not have had the police called on me for browsing CVS. I hope she is fired. Last year I spent thousands of dollars at CVS. But not at this store. Goodbye.

I was treated very rudely on the phone when calling about medication that I was waiting to be approved by my insurance provider. The pharmacy technician just hung up on me. There was no good bye or thanks for calling. Most of the time they usually are nice and pleasant. Today I guess was an off day. If you don't have people skills seek other employment.

Pharmacy doesn't deserve this rating. They do a good job but the store itself needs to find staff who are willing to do their job. Ignored and then told to just use self checkout because the girl had more important things to do other than helping a paying customer.

I star to too much!!!!!!! If you really need your medication asap do not go to this pharmacy. They will lie to you about having the medication or that it is on the truck when it is not. Just be honest and I would be glad to drive to the next town to pick up my medication. But when the pharmacy (which you ask for the medication by name) tells you it is filled and you drive all the way down there to pick it up and they don't have it filled this is just bad business practices. Beware of this before you give them your rx or have your dr to e subscribe them your rx.
