Always have a good experience at this store! The people are very friendly and efficient. Ananya was especially kind when I was there the other day. This store is quite far from where I live but I don’t mind having to go there because I know things will be taken care of very promptly.

Bob was so patient and very helpful eventhough we came in at 6:30 and they closed at 7. We came to get our Will notarized and we ended up having to redo the entire witness signing because we had the wrong witnesses. Long story short, Bob was so patient and kind to us. He went out of his way to make sure everything was signed in the right places on our Will. He made us feel taken care of and valued. Excellent customer service!

Amazing service! I just dropped off my Amazon return item and there was a line of 8 people ahead of me but the women working there were so amazing and helping everyone get in and through service. They were also so nice and pleasant but a line I was about to dread went incredibly fast and they were so kind and helpful. Now my favorite UPS for sure!

Ananya was very helpful, especially during the busy holiday season. The store was really busy. She understood the importance of getting packages to my new granddaughter in South Dakota. She processed the packages efficiently and the UPS drivers made it happen with delivery on time 900 miles away. I couldn’t be more thankful for Ananya and the UPS team that made it happen.

Today me and my wife visited this UPS store for notary.Mr Bob was Very professional, Very easy to talk to and Very knowledgeable about services he offer .He was very kind enough too.He just took few minutes to notarize all our paperwork's, where I was really impressed. I defenatly recommend to others this place for notary and other services as well ...

While waiting for a confirmation on my fax, I observed Penny and Ali efficiently and professionally handle a big rush. I admired how well they greeted and handled all the incoming customers so effortlessly. They were a great team !!

I took a product to be returned and wasn't sure how to do it but Hassan helped me. Hassan was very polite and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The staff is efficient and nice. I went back to the East Moline store and Sneha greeted me. She was awesome with her service and smile.
