Chantell solved all of my problems and went above and beyond to make sure I was totally set up with the best plan for the best price. My experience at Verizon with her was great. She offered exceptional customer service.

Chantelle was outstanding, I was pissie and frustrated with verizon customer service, and the south park store is a joke, Chantell made me calm and normal along with fixing all issues, can't thank her enough, as long as she's at this store that's where I'll go.

The rep was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She was the only one helping customers and could have used another rep present. Service was great!

This particular store is well kept and the staff there are extremely knowledgeable and I'm particularly speaking of one gentleman who helped my wife and I. This guy deserves a huge raise. Long story short- they're very knowledgeable and helpful. They are glad to help you and make your day better.

Chantell did an awesome job. I had had my iPhone for a long time and decided to upgrade it. We stopped by the store and she helped us out and since it was close to the end of my billing cycle, we decided to come back when the new cycle started. She put our supplies that we needed back and also the new phone. When we came in for our meeting, she was totally prepared for us. We got everything set up with my new phone and asked if we had any other questions and I asked her if she could help me with an issue with my husbands flip-phone and without hesitation, she took the phone and in no time had the issue resolved. I had another issue the next day and when I called her, she was able to fix that problem as well. She went above and beyond to make our experiences with Verizon awesome.
