Our house got struck by lightening several weeks ago and fried our electrical components to our heat and glow. I called these guys who were recommended to me and provided excellent customer care! They were very informative and great communicators throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to closing it out. Jason and David were my servicemen, who were also knowledgeable and efficient their profession. They were very respectful so much so they took their shoes off before coming in to my house and maintained cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I want to publicly send a shout out and a big "THANK YOU!" to your associate, Brain, for his customer service to me and my husband. We have 2 heat and glo fireplaces that we have had for many years, and ironically, they both "went out" at the same time. After trying to try to trouble shoot problems ourselves, i called for help. Brian was extremely nice and helpful over the phone, and determined i probably needed new parts. I told him my husband, a mechanical engineer, was very "handy" at fixing things, and that with the correct parts and some instruction, i felt he could fix our problem without a service technician having to come out as the " list" for service calls was extremely long. Brian was willing to talk with us/ him on multiple occasions and even video chat to try to visualize and figure out the problem on a Saturday morning that he was off!! My husband was able, with his help, to fix both units and we are very grateful for Brain's patience and help!!
