Kolbi is an excellent sales person. He was very accommodating and took care of our questions one by one. What I really liked was your sense of humor and no pressure to do a deal we wanted up volume two chair units because of his professionalism.

When I walked in, my salesman, Yonatan, told me that they do professional pillow fits. I didn't understand what he meant, but I tried it and loved it! I can't wait to get my hands on one of their massage beds too! Definitely recommend!

This is the new age for salespeople. This is the way to do business now. The bullish approach doesn’t work anymore. You have 15 seconds to make a connection/build rapport with a customer these days, trying to sell immediately is not the best use of those precious seconds. I am so amazed on the customer service I received with Caleb C. When I called he answered all my questions and was able to hold my furniture until I got to the store. Last week, my wife and I went to look at a sectional. Thanks to Wendy, we ended up buying up front. She was very helpful, and not once did she push us into buying the sectional we selected. She sat and went over the pros and cons of the 2 pieces of furniture we had in mind. She created a really nice and friendly atmosphere. I think since last week, every member in my house has slept on the new sectional.

What a GREAT experience! I went to the Rooms to Go Outlet (Pearl River Location) needing basically everything for my new home. I had the pleasure of meeting Austin; the sales associate at this location, and I’m sooo happy I did! Austin was not only patient, but he was kind, accommodating and helped me to find matching pieces to the furniture that I liked. This experience was overall great! The pieces I found were not bought just because “it was available”.. It was pieces that I actually LIKED and am happy to have as a part of my new home.
