Nathan was great! I ran into a situation of my phone breaking prior to returning to New York tomorrow. I was able to get in within the hour, and Nathan was able to upgrade my phone along with help my Mom upgrade to a better plan. He is an incredible asset to your company. Amazing service!!

Larissa was great! She helped me finish setting up my business lines. I had spent hours on the phone with reps that weren’t able to complete the process but Larissa took the time and had the knowledge to make it all complete. The store is a busy place but has great staff to help us locals with our needs. Kudos!

The Harbor Light Verizon store and Larissa were amazing. It was the best Verizon experience we’ve ever had. I don’t really want to post this because I want to keep the location a secret!! Excellent overall!

Tristan and Brittany were very knowledgeable and knew all the promotions. Came in to upgrade one phone and ended up getting 2 new phone and a new Apple Watch for a very reasonable increase in our monthly bill! Highly recommend working with either or both as they were very personable and happy to help and answer any questions we had!

Nathan was way more helpful than the 2 Verizon cs reps I spoke to all morning trying to fix my problem. Nathan helped lower my bill, set up my phone as fast as possible and seemed honest - his 6 years experience there shows! I also overheard another employee save a customer approx.$400 overcharge on their Verizon bill.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this location when I was thinking about upgrading. Larissa did a great job of reviewing the options available to me. She explained each of them and we were able to figure out the best to fit with my busy lifestyle. She also took time to make sure everything was transferred from my old devices and that I knew of the new features available on the device I purchased. Brittney called the following day to make sure I had no questions and that the devices were working as expected. I highly recommend this location and the customer service goes above and beyond. We stopped in to pick up a phone ordered online and found there was a computer related issue with the sale. Brittany immediately went to work to identify the issue. She continued to monitor the account and made sure we were able to get the phone we wanted. We appreciate Brittany’s efforts that exceeded our expectations. We also observed her coworker was polite and helpful with the customers he served during the time we were in the store.

Visited the port Clinton Verizon store to get a new phone. Tristan waited on me and he was awesome. Will definitely return there next time I need something.

Tristan is an excellent representative for Verizon. He was able to help restore my service after a phone was lost in about 25 minutes.
