Super helpful employees! Store was super clean, including the bathroom, and signage very clear to help me locate my items. Don’t make it into a HD very often but love that their prices are below Lowe’s so that’s always a winner in my book.

Also, very nice to see they take a little extra care for the ladies in our bathroom. Which, I must say, was also very clean and provided sanity items. Good job, Home Depot! Way to go the extra mile!

I’d also like to note that every employee I ran across today smiled and offered assistance. That’s just not the norm nowadays and such a refreshing thing to see!

Great home improvement store. Friendly employees that are always helpful in finding items. Clean bathrooms and store. They offer everything from tools to appliances. Paint selection is pretty large. They offer plants and flowers when in season. If you are looking for a specific item I recommend calling ahead and making sure they carry it.

Went to look for a piece of wood for the door way of my trailer and had a hard time before coming there at Menards but a very nice man named Chad helped us and gave us many ideas and lead way to finding what we need!

I find the employees and products very helpful. I really enjoyed the great service on our last visit in the millwork dept. Nothing Better than working with AMERICAN VETERANS!!! Any day

The store is a bit pricey but the cashier the usually checks me out is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!

We needed a new washer and found a good replacement online at home Depot.
We wanted to see in person so we drove to Sandusky store to view and decided to purchase on what we saw in store.
Decided to have new one installed and defective one removed. We were pleased that it could be done on Saturday so soon after being purchased.
Hope new washer is a better quality and lasts longer than the older four year old model. Only time will tell. The store sales person was well informed and very helpful with our purchase and setting up the delivery.

I have made two online purchases and both times upon arriving at Customer Service she greeted me with a smile, was efficient and professional in retrieving my order.

This is a great store with a great selection of products. I came in here to walk around and was very satisfied with my experience. The store has everything that you could ever need for your construction and home renovation needs, which I like. It has a garden center where you can buy flowers and other plants, and lots of other things as well. You can buy appliances, sinks, toilets, lights, nails, hammers, and building supplies from this Home Depot. The staff are very nice and helpful, which I like. The store also has a nice color scheme, with everything being orange, which I really like because orange is a great color. I gave this store five stars because it had a great array of products and nice staff.

Great location, large parking lot. Good customer service at this location. It is exactly what you expect in a Home Depot store. Asked for an unusual item, and the employee knew exactly where it was and described exactly where. Right on for customer service. Purchased paint also, quick and easy.

For starters, it's a good place to get your wood as hard as you want and whatever size you feel is right. When it comes to Christmas lights, the place is lit better than a 60's drum circle. Lastly, they have all sorts of accessories to assist in all of the nailing, drilling, screwing & in winter, plowing. What a store & they offer Veteran's discounts too! Truly an all American store👍

The young man who waited on me (I think his name was Phil) was SO helpful and friendly and dug in to find answers to my questions!! Plus the price for what I was shopping for was cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE I'd checked.....and I checked several!!! It was definitely a good experience!!

I needed a washer there was a guy there that helped me right away. Was funny, and seemed to enjoy his job. Had to have washer delivered explained everything too me. Was a great guy

I asked the help desk for advice on building an interior ramp for my Disabled Veteran father.
They carefully listened to my project overview and recommended the specific materials and directions how to build a safe and functional ramp.
My father loves the ramp which enables him to safely navigate his home of 63 years.
