Last night.. I had a chance to go back in time! Remember when customer service was part of the shopping experience?
Well, I got a chance to meet some of the most helpful, wonderful, customer oriented people... last night.
My husband gave me a list of screws, washers, and paint to locate and purchase for him. He normally goes but is no longer able to due to his health condition. Anyways, It was like a scavenger hunt. It was really stressful because the store was closing, and I knew that the hunt was going to take longer than the time alloted.
And it did. The gentleman who helped me find everything on the list reassured me that we would accomplish the task and even kept the store open late to help me accomplish this task.

He was kind and caring and so very helpful.

I hope this review helps you consider using this store for your hardware needs. They really are amazing.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They are quick to help with finding things in the store. I typically find items here I can’t find in other, bigger stores, especially when it comes to plumbing supplies. Their products are good quality. Their return policy is pretty simple to work with.

happy to amend my original review! Chris took the bull by the horns, called me back after a few min got it ALL sorted out and even offered to drop it off on his way home!! So thankful for their extra effort!!!! Original 4/5/23-> took 5 days to be in then was another day delayed. Then I get a okay to come do my pickup and they didn’t have it? On a truck on the dock possibly. But in my opinion don’t say it’s ready until you’ve scanned it in. Granted it’s not50 miles away but we DID make an unnecessary 25 min trip one way ….UPDATED THEY MADE IT RIGHT!!!

I have to say this Ace Hardware store is awesome!! I was trying to finish up last minute Christmas shopping and I have a severe back injury. I just didn’t feel that I could walk the store for a specific item. I first called and Rhianna helped me. She was so helpful and friendly. But when I walked in a gentleman asked if he could help me. I mentioned why I was there. He immediately went and got the item for me. After my transaction was complete. The gentleman (I say that because he was) helped me to my car. His name is Austin! Both Rhianna and Austin were terrific!! I am so grateful that they both were as kind and helpful as they were.

I originally had an issue here with the carpet shampooing rental, but it was resolved with the general manager’s great customer service!

They have great employees. Great selection of all your hardware needs. Some prices are a little high, but they are brand name products.

Excellent place to shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed and it was less money than I had planned. BONUS!!

Thanks for the CHRISTmas tree adapter. You guys were the only place in town with the parts and supplies I needed. Happy HOLY-DAYS.

I went into Westlake Hardware in Midwest City and had the best experience. I was looking for a very hard to find part. Keir helped me soo soo much. He had such a great personality and was very patience. Thank you Keir for being such a great employee.

The cashier to the the time to help me find a bolt, however they didn't have and suggested for me to try another place.

I went in to get paint and literally had no clue what I needed. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain different painting applications. I got everything I needed and my project was successful because of the outstanding customer service.
