Thanks Lowe's Home Improvement! Always have what I need when I'm trying to upgrade for my indoor growth needs! Your tabletop lamp provided my dragon fruits when we first got here with enough light to keep them going until I could upgrade, and here I am, and of course you had what I needed! Hanging rack, full spectrum light, plant feed. I know when I get home they're going to love their new habitat! Thanks

This review is specifically for Ethan and Blue. They are two exemplary employees working in the garden center. They not only helped me find what I needed (potting soil), but they also made sure I got the best deal by pointing out the savings. Again I want to make an example of Ethan and Blue. Thank you so much for helping me out. I am more than happy with my Lowe’s experience today!!!

There's a lot I don't like about this store but I'm compelled to give 5 stars because of the great service provided by CHARLES. I called to ask if they had an item in stock and after wasting 10 minutes with the automated phone system I wad finally able to connect with Charles. He walked across the store (out of his section) to ensure they had more than one of the item. When I came in 4 hours later after work it was CHARLES who came up to me enthusiastically to show me where they'd moved the additional blowers. Since the blowers came with a free extra battery the store's manager failed to calculate demand resulting in no batteries. No worries though as Charles walked me over to Pat at the Customer Service desk and explained everything to her so I could get an IOU for my extra battery once they came in. This was easily my best experience at this Lowes thanks to Charles.

I always enjoy coming here. Even when the weather is bad, it is a good place to get a couple of laps in around the store. The store didn't have TreeKote, which is what I was looking for. I still enjoyed walking throughout the store. The only thing that would make this experience better, is a food truck outside.

Lowe’s at Midwest City at Tinker Diagonal is your typical clean and well stocked Lowe’s. I easily profound what I wanted by using the store ap. The Lowe’s store app told what isle the item was on. Upon entering I went to aisle and found what I needed. The cashiers were very professional. They opened another register immediately when more then three of us were in line. Great experience always when I shop at Lowe’s.

Only Lowe’s I’ll go to , Steffanie helped out a ton in helping us find a dishwasher that fits and meets our needs. She deserves a raise !

Today 3/30/2024 i went ro the store to grab a new Paint sprayer and i was in shock when a saw the Girl in charge of the paint area, OMG literally i was in SHOCK to see her Beautiful eyes and her Awesome personality and very very kind and helpful person, Lowe's store get this 5 starts just to have people very helpful and kind on their stores.

If I ever get kicked out of my house, THIS is where I'll live. I can't spend enough time at Lowe's. But I CAN spend too much $$$ at Lowe's!

Last year 2022 perfect help. This year 2023 we pretty much have to self check out yourself and staff isn’t that concerned to assist! I miss the last year management! 2 locations Sw Santa Fe and Se 29th Midwest city stores.

It's clean and organized!!!! You can get warranties on expensive tools like the DeWalt tools. That bag is great. It has attachments you can clip on if you need more pouches.

This is my go to DIY store. Prices are hard to beat. The store is well maintained.

Order on line and do curbside. It's open again!! This is a very good place. The on line and curbside department is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I can pick up what I need and save on getting stressed and getting tired of trying to find what I want! Shawnee Lowes is the best!

Year ago: I found some things after waiting to ask for several minutes. Still not a friendly place or easy to find what you need. But if you order online and pick up it's good.

Ken cut glass for me and did a perfect job of it. Very professional, very friendly, and good at what he does. He also put off his lunch break to help me; which was more than I would expect from anyone. Thank you Ken!

This is my local Lowe's store. I haven't any complaints, but nothing stands out to me as being amazing either. I feel like Lowe's has done a pretty good job of standardizing the hardware store shopping experience. So, keep doing what you're doing, Lowe's.

Went with my friend to purchase a new patio set and picnic table right before July 4th and the experience was a good one.
The set that he wanted was on the very top shelf, so the employee worked diligently to get it down safely. Once he had it down, he took it to the front to hold it till we came back to pick it up. One of the employees had to unlock the cable wrapped around the picnic tables and she was professional and pleasant. Then at that point two other employees came out and helped to get it in the truck. They were careful, professional and their help was much appreciated. I regret I can't remember any of their names but this was a positive experience for sure!

Great place to find all your home improvement needs. Selection, price and service are lightyears ahead of home depot. Huge variety of gardening and yard supplies. Military discount program is flawed but if you feel like jumping through a few hoops you can get it. Lowes has dedicated an area for veteran parking close to the doors. Home depot attempted to mimic this but they only reserved two spaces. Lowes is the standard.
