Tyler at the Midwest city city gear was very helpful! Due to my work schedule i wasn’t able to make it to get the shoes for my daughter. He allowed a family member to pick up the shoes on my behalf which saved me from missing out on the shoes as a gift got my daughter. Appreciate him making a way to do that for me!

Very professional staff! I won a raffle from this store. I usually never shop here it’s 30 minutes away from my house. The vibe was totally on point, good music playing. I love how personable the staff was, very friendly and attentive.

Funny story I brought the wrong card with me, I was trying to swipe an expired card. As the transaction was declining I was so stunned. I was like oh no try again. Each time the staff just tried again. The second decline the staff asked me to see if my bank was declining it. I checked no notifications, I was two seconds away from calling capitol one. After the third decline, I’m really puzzled. Like stressed! The guy that was helping me reassured me if I had to go back home they would hold my shoes. Then he. whispered are you sure you got the right card. Thinking to myself I didn’t even consider that.. exactly as he said, I looked at the card it was expired 😭 thank you for your patience

Employees are friendly, helpful, and fast. Store is always clean and well organized. I can always count on City Gear MWC to have the hottest sneaker releases for myself or my son. The raffles are fair and the reward system is the best in the business.
