Tommy at The Bed Store Maryville is hands down the coolest, friendliest, most personable and knowledgeable person I have ever spoken with. My bed purchase was unusual due to relocating , and Tommy streamlined the process for me. The buying experience was completely stress free, by the time we were done I felt like Tommy and I were old friends!
The two gentlemen that delivered my bed were professional, courteous, and respectful. They brought the bed in and set it up in minutes. That evening my wife and I slept like babies, we love our new bed.

We stopped in to shop for a new bed. We met with Shawn who normally works on Chapman Highway. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He showed us different types of mattresses, explained the difference in them, and did not try to upsale us. His customer service was phenomenal!

Great experience and great product, Our 1st Tempurpedic mattress lasted 12 years before any sagging, hoping that this new Tempurpedic lasts as long, has proven to be well worth the cost.

The set up was very professional. The young man did whatever I needed them to do to get that set up right it was a great experience.

There are a number of conveniently located store but please visit Tommy off the 411 just south of Maryville. I thoughally enjoy my new Bedstore mattress every night waking up refreshed!

The best part of going into the Bed Store and not being trailed by the Sales Person. He asked us to look around and if we had questions to ask. We knew what level of firmness we wanted in a mattress and what price range we were thinking of. Once we walked through the store, we approached the sales person. He was informative. From the Salesman to delivery it was great. The Salesman let us checkout anything we wanted to look at. We was able to find the perfect bed. The delivery was smooth. They had unpacked and assembled quickly without any issues. They explained operation well. Sleep great on it. Wife sleeps great and wakes up feeling great.

Tommy Fincher spoke to my wife and I and gave us recommendations as we explained our need to replace our mattress. Tommy spoke in terms that we could absorb and he helped us by recommended the best mattress for us. We did purchase a Simmons extra firm mattress.
Now I would have liked to be able to drive away with the Mattress, but we will have to wait for the Bed Store to deliver!
