We've done it again! We moved to a new house and of course the Top Shop was on the list call for our renovations. This time we went big with a full kitchen remodel and the Top Shop guided us through the whole process. Darlene worked with us for the design and we ended up with awesome soapstone tops and all new cabinets. I'm not quite done with it but I'll add some pictures (I've still got to do backsplash, lighting, and trim work)

We had granite and quartz installed in our home, what a great experience! The process was very quick, they came and took measurements and shortly after delivered and installed the tops. They have a great selection and show room that I recommend checking out, great for ideas to help you pick colors and designs. We had such a great experience that we are having them do our tops for my office building.

We had some foundation issues and needed our barely 2 year old kitchen tops removed ( in timely manner). The company who put them in didn’t even return my call. Top Shop agreed to help us. They took them off and once floors and cabinets came back in, they came back and put tops back on. With foundation changes, we then needed the matching backsplash and they had it in stock, and back out in 3 weeks. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and compassionate to our situation. That meant so much. Thank you !!!

I am so thankful I stopped by Maryville Top Shop for a Master bathroom renovation. Up to this point, I had visited several tile shops hoping for ideas and direction. Instead, I felt confused and frustrated. When I walked into the Top Shop, I met Dee who had years of experience with vanities and granite. She was very patient and kind as she explained several vanity options. I changed my mind several times during the finalization process, but Dee remained calm and encouraging. I also met Autumn who is a master at tile, color, and design. She quickly got a sense of what I might like and immediately went to work selecting tile options. She guided me through the entire process which made it seem easy and effortless. Dee and Autumn also helped with the gorgeous granite selection that coordinated perfectly with the vanity and tile. The bathroom remodel exceeded my expectations and is absolutely stunning! I would not have had this beautiful outcome without their knowledge and expertise. I will always be grateful to them for their patience, kindness and the confidence they showed. I plan to rely on them for future projects. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dee and Autumn!!

Great job by Maryville Top Shop! Autumn was very helpful with choices and information from the beginning of process til end. Charlie came out to measure exactly at scheduled time and was extremely thorough. The installers worked very efficiently and were courteous and informative with any of my questions. I would recommend them!

Great experience. Autumn listened to what we wanted, showed us many samples, then suggested a totally different look. We loved it and went with it! Slate gray granite which is perfect in our kitchen. Measurement was done very professionally. Installation went smoothly and they worked hard to get the correct color of adhesive for the seam. Love love love our counter.

We had a GREAT experience with our entire process with Maryville Top Shop. Lili was awesome - she is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our installation team was also super friendly, thorough and much faster than I had expected. Every time we called the shop with questions, no matter who answered, we were greeted by friendly, helpful people. We went to five different shops around our area, and this shop overall was the best. They had a great selection, great options for sealing granite, great customer service, and just an overall good feeling - like our countertops would be infused with goodness, for lack of a better description. Investing in a new kitchen can be such a daunting experience. There are so many variables that you must walk through and at times it can be completely overwhelming. This is why I am so glad we chose the Top Shop to custom fab our new tops. As soon as we stepped into their show room, we were quickly greeted by the staff and then our kind sales man took us out to look at their materials. He was extremely knowledgeable about every slab we looked at; from their origins to their mineral property. This made us feel confident in our slab choice. Next in the process was we had them come out and measure. The gentleman that came out was extremely knowledge and thorough. Lastly, the install was swift and easy. Everything was laid with such precision. Every seam was delicately matched and sealed. We are so happy with our choice. Thanks Maryville Top Shop.

A good business and even better people.

I used Maryville Top Shop on a small project recently involving a bathroom vanity top. They were direct and up front about the timeline for finishing the top. Good businesses stay busy and Maryville Top Shop is no different. They quoted 3-4 weeks. Fortunately, they finished it ahead of schedule. I picked up the top and took it home. About a week later I got around to installing it. That is when I found out that the dimensions/measurements were not what I expected. I was convinced that it was Maryville Top Shop's fault, so I took the top back and asked for a replacement. I spoke in depth with Trey Walker. He was professional, polite and answered every question I had. Trey and I did not agree on everything, but he listened and provided his perspective and a reasonable explanation. It turns out that there was a miscommunication and, to be completely honest, I had some blame in the miscommunication. After a long discussion, we reached a resolution and it is my opinion that Trey went above and beyond to make things right. I have the utmost respect for people that operate like Trey and Maryville Top Shop. I recommend Maryville Top Shop without reservation and will be sure to use them on future projects, both large and small.

Working with Top Shop was so easy. I worked Heather and she was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye. She was patient with small changes I made and always got back to me promptly. The installers of the cabinets and countertops were all professional and meticulous. Zero complaints- highly recommend.

We walked in Maryville Top Shop with no real idea of what we wanted in the way of a countertop. Autumn was so helpful in helping us make decisions! We showed her what our new flooring and cabinets were like and she showed us several granite countertops that would coordinate with these. After we selected the countertop, she helped us choose a backsplash. We walked out feeling somewhat stunned that we had chosen both a countertop and backsplash and it had not taken us days to make these decisions. Autumn guided us through and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The people who installed the countertop were obviously skilled at their jobs and did an excellent job. Our entire experience with Autumn and Maryville Top Shop was wonderful and are very pleased with the experience we had working with them.

Lili was the bomb diggity! Super friendly and very professional! Ordered some quartz for our bathroom remodel. She promised late and delivered early! The guys who cut it were on point with the measurements! The pieces fit perfectly and looked great! I highly recommend them for your next remodel project! You won’t regret it!

We have used Maryville Top Shop dozens of time renovating our Airbnb’s and/or private properties. The friendly staff along with wonderful quality granite, marble, and soapstone doesn’t go overlooked. When my husband and I decided to update our out of date counter tops we went to Maryville Top Shop on the recommendation of family and friends. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They showed us many different options to help us make the best decision for our kitchen. After we picked out what we wanted they came over within a day or so to measure and we had our new countertops shortly after. Their work was flawless and looks great, we couldn’t be more satisfied! Very professional staff from management all the way to the install team!
