Bought a “water pipe” that had a hole in it that would’ve made smoking from it difficult, I went in to exchange and he wasted no time getting me a new one. He was Super nice about it !! On another hand if you do buy from here, expect some pipes not made with the best quality. But you get what you pay for. Amazing prices !

The gentleman who helped me was super patient and helpful with all of my questions. If there is a type of vape you need, he will order it for you or call around other stores to see if they have it. He’s a quality man

Everyone who works here is rude.

I just walked in to to hear the guy behind the counter on the phone with someone. He completely ignored me. Stood there for 5 minutes and he never once showed and interest in making a sale. To be clear he was not on the phone with a customer, probably a friend or relative.

Anyway the isn't the first time I've been in here and had a bad experience. Im done with it.

Highly recommend you go somewhere else for your tobacco and vape needs.

Selection sucks anyway.

The most horrible experience I've ever had. Bought something that wouldn't charge and had a receipt from the day before. Just wanted to exchange for one that worked. The owner not only had the worst attitude and Customer service at it's worst. This man got in our face and literally cussed us out for no reason. I was appalled by his reaction to something so simple. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Please do not give this man any business and lets keep our community strong with good people!! He should be fired for the way I was treated and I won't let this go.

There vapes are bad quality or fake because almost every time I've gotten one from here it's either not worked or stopped working or wouldn't charge. Go to Mr. Vape in kingsport way between quality an selection.
