Food City

We met our friends here for lunch and the service was wonderful the food was delicious and hot. It was as close to a delicious home-cooked meal as you could possibly get. The lady who handled our order was very polite and helpful, I would absolutely go back here for lunch the next time we are in Tennessee

Food city deli hot bar is not took care of good. The mash potatoes was dry. Mac and cheese was dry
Never see deli manger behind the line. Only time you see her is when she give samples. She sit on stool and ask if like try samples

The ladies that work hot bar . Had not been train good. They need bring deli manger from.eastman road food city. Train all deli help that serve hot food.
The store has great produce dept and meat dept
And all other area of store. They have excellent dept manger that train there employees good . Store has great store manger and ast manger. You see them working all the time

It's always good, I especially like the deli and eating there. Lately, though, getting quality vegetables is becoming a problem. There is an employee cutting vegetables and leaving seeds and rinds in the cuts. This is useless, and when it is weighed it becomes part of the price. A problem management needs to be aware of and address. My example is cut butternut squash with pulp seeds and rind.

I shop here weekly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is they put too many items in the isles. It makes it hard to shop when you have to wait to get around them. I like to shop and get out quickly. I usually use self check out so I don't have to wait in line. There is usually only 2 cahiers open.

Probably one of the best grocery stores in Tennessee that is for this store in church hill is amazing

Mostly we go for their pizzas in the deli. Very good and inexpensive.

I shop here often because it's the store
that's located in my home town. The staff are friendly, professional and the service I receive is excellent each time I've visited. They have a large selection of fresh fruits, sea food and lobster. I've ordered cakes and treats from the bakery many times with each being of great quality and what I've asked for. They have a pharmacy inside the store where prescriptions can be picked up while shopping. They have a great selection of flowers and roses to choose from for special occasions. Overall they have just anything you need along with coupons distributed in local newspapers.

Clean Store great service. Drug store part was easy to deal with. Sales are good but prices are high on a lot of items.

Kim in the Deli, my son and I visited the Church Hill store and you were a delight to serve us on the roast beef. The London broil was sooo delish in our french dip sandwiches, thank you for the excellent recommendation. DA from Rogersville.

Very clean good prices and a lot of friendly faces

The store is always clean, associates friendly and helpful and, although they tend to stay pretty busy, check-out is almost always quick. They have self check-out, for those who prefer that option, as well.

I shop Food City often. Their produce is always fresh and high quality. Their bagged salad fixings seem to last far longer in the fridge than their competitors. I also think they have some of the best tasting spring water and can recommend shopping at one of their many locations.

Due to bad weather conditions..limited bread and other necessities...but this was weather related.

The store is clean and tidy the prices are a little high but I always find everything I need.
