The staff here is wonderful! I stopped in for a quick gift, and though I had my three younger children with me; who felt the need to have just about everything in reach; the sales staff was understanding, helpful, and very well mannered. One even took an armful of items to price check in the whim if my four year old.
The store was very neat and clean, as always; and the information provided was top notch and informative. Great job!

We love this place! The store manager is awesome and the chick working there is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very patient with my young twin sons. They answer all their questions and assist them making purchases.

What a great shopping experience! Taleena and Chris were awesome! Taleena explained everything to me (I was buying a gift and didn't know exactly what I needed) Prices were comparable to other stores I shopped. Im glad I decided to shop there and got the help I needed, I'll definitely go back again.

The staff are knowledgeable. They actually helped me find a USB-C charger piece for my PS5 controller, instead of making me buy another controller dock (the USB-C plugs into the top of the PS5 controller, there is metal connectors on the bottom of it and it sits on the charging dock).......most of them seem to play the same games I do, and if they don't, they don't lie about it......most of them are worth getting a review from, before buying a game......never hound me about pre-orders, but if I ask they're ready with the answers, and if they can't answer, they find someone who can or check the information for you! They always try to find the best deals too!!!

I would say, it's not enough to lose a star, my only problem is that they tend to run out of the titles I want lol 😂🤣

I love the staff here, they are supper friendly and helpful! They'll talk with you about games and chat while you browse. They have a lot to browse through and I'll easily spend 30 minutes in here at a time just looking.

I buy all my gaming accessories here. The staff are very knowledgeable and give great advice on what best suits your needs. They don't try to sell you things just to make money. The variety the store offers is greater than anywhere else I've been.

I actually used to work here long ago. I forgot when I started and since my old boss transferred, they wouldn't tell me my start date and end date. Oh well. Good selection and quick to offer to order something if it's not in.

Absolutely love the guys at our Lawrenceburg, they treat you better than family! They can keep up with what each kid plays, their likes and dislikes which is very impressive.
They keep me in the loop as to what's coming out next, if it's a game worth the money now or waiting for it down the line.
They also will keep me up on warranties, combination discounts and more.
The majority of stores are helpful and friendly but not quite like our Lawrenceburg store, so kuddos for that!

I go here almost once every two months or so to get news games and ive always had a great experience here. the staff is always very friendly and helpful. this place deserves a 5/5

Store was empty because of last minute Christmas shoppers . Which is very understandable lol But i was still able to leave Happy from great customer service with a smile. I shall return.
