This is by far the best Lucchese store I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone was very friendly and Toni was able to help me the entire way though my process. I can’t thank her enough for being so incredible throughout my shopping experience. Any future Lucchese purchases I make will be through this store. Thank you!

I placed a order for Lucchese boots from the Willow Park Texas Store. I spoke to Toni the Sales Associate I informed her I would like to place a order for a pair of Lucchese boots I ask her to make sure the boots where not damaged she said they would be new boots. I spoke to the store management they where horrible I spoke customer service bad experience I spoke the District manager to annoy me further she text me photos of damaged boots worse damaged then the ones I received horrible Company and Management is horrible experience for me.

Incredibly friendly staff. I tried on lots of boots and the staff was very patient and helpful. I was impressed with their selections. Enjoying my new boots and look forward to shopping with them again.

Nice store, but would be nicer if they let their paying pregnant customers use their restroom. At the very least, train your employees to explain it in a way that comes across like you actually care about helping your guests have a good experience at your store!

Went to the store today in Willow Park to try on some lace ups. Only option they had was to order them, try them on and return them if they didn’t fit.

So let me get this right, order almost $400 worth of boots ($345 plus tax) on my dime just to try them on?

Get some inventory, ship a pair from another store over to try etc…….

Don’t put the burden on the customer to try on your product.
