Recently remodeled inside and it is clean, streamlined, the service is outstanding. Love their Frappe’s!! Their receipts have a promotional offer if you do the survey offering a buy one/get one Quarter Pounder or Egg McMuffin-GREAT VALUE!! Their quarter pounders are made fresh and are excellent. Fries are great and their employees are very helpful and nice. This location has two lanes for drive-through ordering that merge into one line. They do have lines at breakfast, lunch, and dinner-yet they move quickly. Use the app also-great rewards and easy ordering if in a hurry. Willow Park location is very good!! It is very busy during breakfast and lunch. I order thru the app and go inside to pick up my order to avoid the drive thru lines.

I placed an order on the app but apparently it was the wrong location. An employee went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. She was so sweet and the food was perfect. I didn't see a name tag because she was wearing a safety vest but she had glasses, highlights in her hair, and on the shorter side. Anyway, thank you so much for your help and great attitude.

I had an awesome experience at McDonald's David who took my order also helped expedite it out to me and he went over and above when it comes to service he helped me navigate through the app so that I could find the best deals on my order love love love love love love love love love the store I will definitely go back and recommend it

Definitely love this spot. Chris is always at the window but everytime he’s such a friendly cashier and I enjoy coming here, my big mac and fries were temperatures just right. If you want a mcdonald’s that knows what they’re doing, this is the spot for you!

I just ordered McDonald’s drive thru. Carlton was the most amazing person that handed me my food. It was an experience that compelled me to leave a 5⭐ review. He will be a reason I only choose to come to this location. He represents the next generation entering the work force that everyone should seek out to hire. Thank you Carlton for making me feel like the only reason you came into work was to make sure I had the best experience ever. McDonalds should reward him for going “Above and Beyond” for his guests.

It was a genuinely great McDonald's experience. The service was FAST and they all even seemed happy to work there. My Big Mac was well-assembled, and the fries were fresh. It was an exemplary McDonald's, and a great meal.

Additionally, this location has a soda machine that lets you customize the flavor of your drink.

This is right off the highway in an easy to access area. Its rarely packed and they are pretty quick. I have only ever used the drive through. Service is good!

Well I love the people I work with and there are Danielle and Juliet that are really really good managers that show employees that just be done working there how to do I think both of the women are doing the best.

The guy with the red hair was such an angel. He was very patient and understanding while i counted my change, This mcdonald’s is certainly training their employees correctly I wish all stores were like this

Real friendly. The store looks tired but one of the employees they were getting a face lift. The parking lot is a mess. The parking lot is 1 way so you have to leave it right at the red light.must have been an engineer coming up with that

The employees are really nice here. The drive thru goes pretty fast unless you get stuck behind someone who has a crazy order.

This McDonald’s is one of the greatest where I was. Clean inside. Team are very friendly, nice and professional. Thank you to managers.

The burger and fries were tasty today. The atmosphere in this location is awkward.. Employees don't look you in the eye and there wasn't one smile in the entire restaurant.

(10/10)I cannot begin to explain just how fast the employee's are here. I ordered my food and just as I was putting ice in my drink, my food was ready to go. If you need a quick bite and are in the area, this is definitely a good option.

Very fast drive thru line! People were polite and their ice cream machine worked! Lol they even looked a little offended when we asked if it was working!

Great location, food was super fast and good, cheeseburgers are still a dollar. Clean lobby. David was very friendly.
