Very impressed with their website. Easy to use to buy truckloads of inventory for my store. We really like their scratch and dent refrigerator loads. We resell them quick and so far they always show up exactly like the pictures and videos on the website. Only had a few interactions with Antonio by phone and he was always helpful. If he didn’t know the answer he was quick to find me an answer to the question. Real customer service in the liquidation industry? that’s unheard of! Kudos to Neu!

As a small business owner selling refurbished and open box products buying a bad truckload can put us in a really bad spot. So I’m always skeptical to try a new supplier (If you’re in the same boat so should you) I was pleasantly surprised that exactly what I ordered is exactly what I got. It was a little tough comparing scratch and dent trucks on their website but sounds like they are working on that. That’s really the only negative I had, product was exactly as described and good merchandise to flip! They have a vid of the truck that helped me see the condition of the appliances before I even bought. I will update the review if anything changes but so far I am impressed and plan to order again soon

Neu brings some innovation to a industry that really needs it. As a scratch and dent store owner supply in this industry is spotty. Vendors constantly messing up shipments, you never know what your buying, Liquidation auctions are very unreliable and expensive when I just need inventory RIGHT NOW instead of waiting for an auction to end just to find out I was outbid by someone who has no idea what they are doing…. These guys answered the call of the market:
1. They show pictures and videos of exactly what your buying
2. You can see every listing in person
3. I can schedule my own freight or use theirs
4. If I need a ½ truckload instead of a full truckload they have those available
5. I can buy something and it ships fast, auctions and other distributors take forever to ship and waiting is expensive
6. Their inventory selection is top notch, conditions and product mixes are top notch
7. I can reach a real person by phone ANYTIME
8. I make more money reselling their product than my other options….

I have been in the scratch and dent appliance industry a very long time, I have several stores, we have dealt with pretty much every distributor out there…. These guys really knocked it out of the park. You can tell they have extensive experience on the other side (being the buyer) and they built something perfect for their customers.
