Me and my sister go there a lot we're always buying plants. There is a guy that works in garden center he makes my day he always has a smile for everyone. I wish I knew his name then I would put that here too just to give him kudos and a thumbs up..

Always a great place to shop at for anybody's home improvement needs. They may not have what other companies carry in-store; but Lowes does carry enough to meet most of your needs.

Top notch! Love my AP Lowes. I’ve experienced a few product failures like my recent issue with my Pit Boss. Lowe’s staff always works to make it right, right away. Never had a bad experience. Keep up the stellar customer service, Lowes!

Excellent customer service. Terry from plumbing department helped us throughout entire purchase and even helped load the materials. Got everything we needed and also saved $$$$. A+ customer service, will be returning to this store for future purchases.

Went one hour before closing and received great customer service. All items were in stock as listed on their website. This location had a decent variety to choose from.

I ordered a shower door online for curbside pick up. The order arrived within a couple of days.
When I arrived at the store I notified the staff I was curbside and was immediately contacted by a wonderful employee, named Jordan, who gave me an ETA. Jordan then called me again to let me know he was headed to front door with my product. Jordan loaded the shower door in the truck. He was courteous, friendly and made the whole experience great. Way to go Jordan!!!
I think there must a new manager because customer service is improving.

I spoke with Michelle in the Appliance department about specs and measurements for a refrigerator. She was very helpful even though juggling several customers. I appreciated that she acknowledged me and knew that I needed some questions answered. I felt that she valued me as a customer just as much as others that she was assisting. I'm impressed with her level of experience and customer care.

Ordered online and picked up curbside.

I went there for a specific brand and color of paint they had it and they also had my shark vacuum / mop refill pads and nobody else has them. Always love the garden department. People are very friendly and always willing to help.

Has some items in stock that home Depot doesn't. Price shopping sometimes they have lower prices.

Washer and dryer purchase delivery and setup went well. Was able to order over the phone with the help of a very patient associate. Appliances were out of stock, but were available when projected. Had an issue with delivery drivers not understanding how to install the dryer side vent kit, but the store and delivery service worked hard to resolve same day. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

If you need a new appliance ask for Sam she goes above and beyond .

Excellent service! I was approached by 4 different associates, to ask if I needed any assistance. (I didn't - but it was nice seeing staff being actively engaged.)

Went here to look for a particular product. Had to order it. Billie that works at Lowe's was so extremely nice and helpful assisted me and educating me in how to determine if products are in stock or need to be special ordered. 💙 Thank you, again, Billie!!

Love this store. Everything is easy to find. Very organized. Floor personnel helpful during the day but after 6pm there is very little store personnel. If you need help go before 6pm. Phone ap is good too and directs you to where the product is. They offer 10% off to military personnel with some exceptions. Be sure to understand these exceptions before you buy. Military can apply for a Lowes discount card and when you use it whether you get the discount or not it keeps track of your purchases including protection plans so if you loose your receipt (which you should make a copy of and file anyway) you're covered.

I visited your store yesterday for the first time and I must say, I'm very pleased with your Lawn and Garden Dept. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Miss Angel. I've never been in a store where the worker has literally stopped what they were doing and walked with me to find what I was looking for. She exceeded my expectations beyond the city limits. Lowe's always has what I am shopping for. A great place to buy gifts and household goods as well as outdoor products and healthy plants. Good brands, reliable and reasonably priced products, a great variety to choose from.
