I don’t know what changed here recently, but this pharmacy is going downhill FAST!!!

They need to get back to the basics. They are so unorganized, they weren’t like this the past few years

I used to go to the one in pleasantville on the Black horse Pike there was a pharmacist there named Michelle she was excellent but tonight she went out on pregnancy leave and they brought a new pharmacist and and she has no clue what she's doing she's got control over my life and my meds and they're serious meds that you can't just stop taking and she doesn't seem to get that and on top of everything she's never willing to help she's just always telling you she can't do anything she can't do anything she never goes to extra mile she's very very nasty I was there for 4 hours today I called she I asked her to call another Walgreens to see if they were having the same issue she would not so I went outside to call myself I had no issue whatsoever so tell me why this lady is allowed to be in that position

TRAVELERS: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My partner and I booked a Covid test for travel at 505 W BLACK HORSE PIKE
Pleasantville, NJ 08232 location on Saturday January 15 @ 1000am and 1015am. We arrived to the location at 950am and found that the pharmacy was closed. We received a confirmation email the morning of January 15 confirming our appointment!!!! We needed to get the NAAT test which test results were in 2-24 hours as we were flying to Canada on January 17 evening and the PCR would take too long to receive results in order to catch our flight. It is absolutely horrendous customer service for you to allow customers to book a Covid test on your website on a day you were closed! Even the sign on the door said you were closed Saturday and Sundays. You put us in a really horrible and stressful situation where we almost did not make our flight because of finding a Covid test in time. We called urgent care centers and they did not offer the NAAT test and only PCR with a 3-5 day turnaround. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. We wasted 3 hours of our time going from pharmacy to pharmacy begging them to give us a Covid test to be able to travel back home. Luckily a store at 1006 White Horse Pike, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215 pharmacist helped us out of the graciousness of his heart.
