AT&T Store

My wife and I needed some help with our phone service. Stopped by the AT&T store on Sorrento. We were blown away by the service. Jalal and Brandon were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, both, for the great experience.

Brandon helped me right away. I was frustrated & he gave me options he took the time to call consumer cellular to get info so I could switch back to AT&T. I will never leave AT&T again. I have a great plan that fits my needs.

Ethan showed exceptional patience and knowledge while trying to help me resolve the connectivity issue with my iPhone. He answered my questions fully and was extremely helpful in both showing me other phones and ultimately, preordering a new Samsung. He discussed transferring the data from my old phone to the new one after it arrives and I’ll feel confident in having him do that. Good customer service is becoming a thing of the past in most stores. I definitely found it in the help I received from Ethan.

Don't pay any attention to these negative reviews. Everyone that works at this store has always been so helpful to me and my husband when we have went in there. They take the time to listen to any issues that you might have and resolve them quickly. Thank you Lyndsy and Brandon! You are our favorite AT&T store

Great service as always. Phone was broken and came in to do insurance claim but left with a new phone for cheaper than the claim. Brandon was great

The At&T representative was very nice and helpful to me and my family. Would recommend this store to all military personnel and police,fire,emts, they actually care.

Had a really great experience here. I had to move a line from another company to AT&T and the process was very smooth. The sales associates that we worked with were great and handled all of our questions and issues very quickly. I highly recommend this location for any questions and services.

My Boyfriend had tried 3 times UNSUCCESSFULLY to set up a New business phone acct. On the phone at home. So we decided to go to an Actual AT&T Store. And it was the Best decision ever! They listened to what he needed. And promptly set everything up Even let him pick his own number out of a choice of ten numbers available. That was on a Sunday. Found out it was shipped the next day it's supposed to get here 2day which is Wed. That is pretty fast In My book. Thank you so much. AT&T

No idea what that other person is talking about but Brandon was absolutely amazing to my family getting us switched over and lowering our bill as well. Our new favorite store!
