EBSCO Mags

Ebsco continues to place unauthorized charges on my card for magazines I do not want, did not order, repeatedly cancelled, do not recieve and all of this ongoing two years after I officially severed ties with them, in writing and despite six calls to EBSCO to get them to correct their fraud and repeated promises from them (each time) that they had fixed it and would reverse the charges and it would not happen again. An unethical, incompetent company to be avoided like the plague. Doing business with them is asking for an endless nightmare of harassment and outright fraud. The absolute worst possible experience. Just do not go there.

EBSCO has been made fully aware of the above problem. And made aware again after the below response. Despite all previous promises and the below dishonest response promising they are sorry and want to help, they again today did not refund the amount they promised to refund, for magazines not ordered nor ever recieved nor ever wanted. They continue to prove ever more clearly their incompetence OR their unethical, criminal, fraudulent business practices and model.

DO NOT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY.
