Mainly Im grateful to have talked to Theresa, who took really good care of all my needs and she also gave me additional information regarding breastpumps and pretty much everything a breastfeeding mom requires. This is the second pregnancy I've ordered breast pumps and replacement parts from Mark Drug. They are extremely prompt and friendly. Teresa gives you all your options covered by insurance which is very helpful. I will continue to order replacement parts through them as needed this pregnancy.

I ordered my breast pump through insurance. I called on Monday and by Wednesday morning I had my pump. They did all the work and all I had to do was provide my insurance info. They were super helpful, quick, and very professional.

Can I rate 6 stars? 🤩 because the woman I worked with, Teresa, is phenomenal! She is the definition of someone who gets things done. I needed a prescription for a breast pump from my OB and while they were not compliant Theresa spoke with them and got it done. I am forever grateful for her because without the pump, I wouldn’t be able to feed my 25 week premature twins what they truly need, mommy’s breast milk. I recommend anyone to use Mark Drug medical supply. They supply a range of great products and great service. You’ll be in good hands with their help!

Teresa helped worked with insurance and arranged shipment of hospital grade breast pump rental within several days. She followed up a couple months later to see if she can order replacement parts for the pump that was covered by insurance.

I went to Mark Medical a couple months ago with my mom to buy her a walker. Jill took the time with us to show the options, and fit us with a walker and accessories, and showed my mom how to use it. Great customer service. This is the reason I don't go online for items like this. I will recommend Mark to others.. and be back for any needed items in the future.

I have used Mark Drug Medical Supply twice, once in 2021 for my first DME product and now in 2023 for my second one. I worked with Teresa T both times and she is amazing! Very responsive and verifies insurance quickly before moving on to the next step.

I went to Mark Drugs to look for a shower chair and while there an extremely helpful staff member came to give me assistance. They had exactly what I needed. Also, I was told by my occupational therapist that I needed safety grab bars for my shower. The gentleman that assisted me with the shower chair recommended Eddie from Safety 1st Grab Bars where I was given a Flyer and Business Card. Upon their suggestion I called Eddie and he was able to supply & install grab bars the very next day. I highly recommend Mark Drugs and their friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I wanted to personally thank Jill for treating my mom with the utmost respect when she was in need of equipment for an injury. Not only was Jill patient and kind, she was knowledgable and a great staff member. We were also treated well by William.
