I love our local stores in Ottawa and Streator. The inside staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. The yard staff exceptional. I bought all of the supplies to rebuild a deck and was satisfied with the quality of the lumber and hardware, but completely thrilled with the ease of purchase and loading of product. They made the process pleasant instead of painful. I also bought a storm door from them and was happy for the same reasons.

Needed something before 5 on the day before Thanksgiving. They went above and beyond to help us! And they even made sure we measured it all correctly! Thanks RP 👍

They are overpriced. If you really need something local its ok. But if you can shop at Menards or Home Depot you will save a lot of money. They also close early at 530pm which is inconvenient

open till 5? some horrible hours.
