Good cheese selection, dedicated cheese station. *Cheese shop staff friendly & helpful.

Not quite on the same scale as Brighton, but still very good. Way better stocked than most Kroger cheese, meat & produce depts. in SE Mich.

Great Kroger. Love the meat department! It's my favorite store, and I will drive out of my way to shop there. I love how the aisles are laid out and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Shawn from the meat department is especially great. He knows all about how department and can answer any questions with confidence (maybe a bit too much, lol) and slick humor. He's a reason to shop there in and of itself because he's just that great.

This is the best Kroger for lots of reasons, and you should definitely mark it on your "places to go list. "

Kroger is our go too shopping. You can find anything you need here. Their cookies are unbelievable. Their ice creams too. Great place too shop.

Great market but failing to restock these amazing tortilla chips was nothing short of lunacy. C'mon management, be serious. There are no better chips anywhere.

Valerie at self check out was amazing this afternoon. I was shopping with my 9 week old grandson and I was experiencing some check out issues. After a long day of Christmas baking and shopping, I had to go to the store. I meant to grab one thing and left with a careful. It was 10p and I was beyond exhausted. At checkout, one of the digital coupons didn’t work. I was super excited for the deal and so I asked if Charley - the woman running the self checkout lanes - might be able to help. She was so nice and personable. She helped get the coupon squared right away for me. Even being so late at night, Charley was friendly and happy to help. She didn’t make me feel silly for not understanding the coupon either. I know customer service jobs aren’t always easy, but Charley was genuinely nice! Definitely a great addition to your team! :)

Prompt service. Excellent repairs. Courteous & professional. Competitive pricing. Pleased with them overall. The technician came immediately to show designs and take measurements. He said the new heating and cooling system would take ten days to arrive; it came quicker. They called to make next day appointment to install it; they arrived on time and did a great job. What more do you want?

By buddy is a plumber and got the contract to redo this Kroger; it's so much better! The olive bar and cheese bar they added. All the new coolers for their new organic specialty section. I love getting my monthly coupons from them; if there is free stuff, I'll pick up that stuff and donate it. Staff is usually friendly. Store is always clean, organized and shelves are stocked.

I always have an amazing experience here. I did a pick up order today and had a question regarding produce. John(Jon) not sure the spelling was super helpful with my strawberries!! And when I picked up Dan was amazing as always!! Love this Kroger

Great store. Quick in and out especially if you only need a few things. Michael is my favorite cashier. Even if he had a long line I will wait for him. He is fast, friendly, and efficient. An overall nice gentleman.

We've always had an easy time getting everything we need here. The manager Jody is extremely amicable and was very helpful when there was a Nationwide issue with the card readers! We left with a smile!!

They have 3 can and 1 glass return, however the glass return has a hand written sign stating they are full and are not accepting any more. Some other person just ignoring the sign is putting over 70 bottles in it. Must work fine. That was only half her cart. Waste of my time.

From Waterford to White Lake and Clarkston, I love this location. My 2nd time at this location and this is my new location. They have everything you need except the basics everyone else wants. The cashiers are wonderful and they make you want to come back. Appreciate each and every one of you. Your job is just as important as a nurse or Dr. Thank you and stay safe.

As a mom of a toddler and one on the way, shopping is always an interesting experience! Today, as I was in the checkout lane with my son and a cartload of groceries, I started overheating. Cindy, quickly saw that I was struggling, and got me a bag of ice to hold while she rang me up. She offered me water and any assistance that I needed. She also grabbed someone to help me load my groceries into my car (I think this was Douglas!)

Used their online order service. Let me say, I've used grocery delivery services that could take some notes. The process couldn't be more simple and they are beyond friendly and professional. After arriving and calling the number, they came right out with all my groceries (for my family of five for the week, we spent $200, just to give you an idea of the size of the order) they reviewed each and every substitution (about half a dozen or so) and asked if that was okay. They told me I'd never pay more for a substitution, only less. Then they loaded up my groceries and I was on my way. Easiest shopping experience ever. So much better than having the groceries delivered, or having to do the shopping yourself!

Raine today did a fantastic job checking people out. It is Christmas Eve and there are a lot of tense customers but she remained polite and kind.

A huge THANK YOU to Peggy from the pharmacy! She went above and beyond. She drove to another Krogers for one of my husband prescriptions so we didn't have to. Again, thank you so much Peggy. You gave us a great ending to a rather hectic day! We sooo appreciate you!😘
