CVS

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The pharmacy staff are polite over the phone and in person. I haven’t had a problem refilling my prescriptions. I have been to the Minute Clinic also and the wait was a little long when it was busy, but it’s understandable. The inside of the store is clean too.

It was right at close and Azah was so helpful! She let me make the purchase to help my wife who was having an allergic reaction to Mosquito bites. She even picked up what I was looking for to save me time. I normally shop at CVS, bit with it being an emergency I stopped at Walgreens and they were sold out. I will not be stopping there in the future. Only CVS, thanks Azah!

This is a great CVS. We use the Minute Clinic, which has kind and professional medical staff. The pharmacy has wonderful staff that is helpful and patient. We switched from Walgreens because they did not have staff or keep medications in stock. All other personelle are always available to assist.

the worker “Brandon”. WOW. where do I begin. 3 words I would describe him with are respectful, nice, and helpful. he helped me with all my needs. He deserves a raise, and a promotion as well. Will be visiting again!

Felicia took care of my daughter who has autism and was so amazing,patient and kind I absolutely love her.. and Jen is also amazing and patient and kind with kids with autism as well.. we will miss her!

Thorough and great swabbing technique. 10/10 recommend instead of waiting in an urgent care for hours.

I usually have great experiences here. The staff is very friendly. And to Gail's review... sometimes people are very busy. And if they ARE busy, sometimes it will take a minute. Just because YOU'RE there and need someone to answer a question on an ointment or something doesn't mean they need to drop EVERYTHING for YOU. And my guess is that person was probably eating because they were oh I don't know... hungry? Don't let the review of some crabby needy person sway your view of this cvs.

This is a very busy pharmacy. They have made a lot of changes over the past several months and are definitely improving their service. I use this pharmacy regularly and appreciate the hard work they are doing to get better for their customers.

Had to switch to this CVS location because the one in Anoka sadly closed. Been taking adderall for my adhd for years and never had any issues getting it filled until this store. They never have enough in stock and when you tell them that it's been a recurring issue they don't apologize or try to figure things out for you. They get extremely defensive and rude. I stated this will be the last time I fill it here and I will be going else where from now on. She got snippy about it and said do whatever you need to do. Blatantly rude for no reason what so ever. The lack of care and immense disrespect is baffling. Avoid this pharmacy if able.

Worst customer service. The staff and pharmacist are very rude. They act like it’s a hassle to do their job and that we are annoying them. I would never recommend this CVS. Horrible staff.
