Came in several times and Brandy was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I’m not savvy on phones and she always helps me and fixes it all! Give her a raise

The customer service at AT&T is phenomenal!!! The staff is a direct reflection of the Manager. First class service. The phone plans they offer for first responders through Firstnet are unbeatable. Finally, I have full bars on my phone and no buffering. I'm so glad I switched my service from Verizon to AT&T. Walk in, and you'll see the difference in customer service.

I would like to give Brandy and her co-workers a great gratitude on helping me out on questions and concerns on 12/23/22. Which I had about my bill, etc! They went above and beyond to get my questions and issues resolved. If your looking for a place to give you great customer service I highly recommend this south side retail store. They will be HONEST unlike the corporate store on the North side!!! Thank you for treating me like I am person not a problem and a bother.

I would like to give a big thanks to Adam! I have had several issues with my phone and he has very patiently helped me. When I was super frustrated he was able to reassure me and even make me laugh. He is super customer friendly and very helpful!

First and foremost I want to sincerely thank Adam and Jaelynn. Hands down the best AT&T experience I have ever had. It was a pleasure to buy my new phone with them. I had contacted two different stores and the 1800 number before calling this store. I wish I would of called them 1st. I won't go to any other store. Thank you, you guys rock!!!!!

After spending 22 days in a Denver Hospital I found the greatest Retail sales Consultant at Northern and Pueblo Blvd. Named Jaelynn Bonney. Please contact her for a great experience!

Right off the bat the Representatives in store were very friendly and welcoming. I had tons of questions which they were able to answer for me as they’re knowledgeable about everything you can imagine! I made the switch to AT&T and I don’t regret it one bit. I rather go to this location than the one on the north side of town’s location. Jaylynn and the manager there is always so friendly and nice! They explain everything and show you exactly what you are being charged for and trust me I ask a lot of questions before getting into something and they always take time to answer everything. They helped me when the north side location was completely rude and didn’t help me at all. If you need help and want kind people, COME HERE!

The team here is amazing and very polite...this Is the only store here in Pueblo I would come into

We’ve had a lot of problems with AT&T that is no lie BUT if anyone of my friends, family, etc. had issues or concerns with the company I would promptly direct them to this store and talk to Jaelynn! She was so straightforward, knowledgeable, and probably most important, genuinely friendly! Even though we were having a lot of problems with billing, she told us what, and more importantly, what had not been done with our bill. She was honest which was refreshing after what we had been through! We would highly recommend this store! And, kudos to Jaelynn for being such a refreshing and valuable asset to AT&T! We can’t thank you enough!

These guys were great. They did a wonderful job explaining to me everything I needed to know when buying a new phone. Their customer service was patient and friendly. I felt very nervous at first buying a new phone, but after having everything explained in full I am so excited for my new phone. Thanks!

FANTASTIC customer service!!! My phone wouldn't charge because of a damaged charging port, and had lost all power. I wanted a new phone, but didn't want to trade in my current phone because I wasn't able to move data and images, since the phone had no power. I had an OLD phone I brought to the store for passwords, and the manager, Brandi, thought to switch the sim card to the old phone! Then she worked with corporate to get the phone to work. I highly recommend this store and manager for excellent service!!!

*Later in the week, a friend suggested I get a wireless charger, so I could get what I needed from the phone without spending an arm and a leg to repair the phone first. This was a completely win, win, win situation!!

I had an IPhone 8 and was in desperate need of an upgrade. I went into this AT&T store in Pueblo Colorado, and talked to Zef. He listened to my problems with my current phone, analyzed my billing structure, and considered the phones with the best plans for me. I walked out of the store with a new IPhone 13 plus service plan that is less expensive than my previous plan. Love the way this phone takes photos! I could not be happier!!! Thank you so much 😄

The service is quick and efficient. I feel safe knowing how firmly they enforce the state policies concerning masks and cleanliness, and I appreciate the alternatives they offer for those who won't wear masks (tech support phone lines, etc). Every time I go in, they do a great job helping me with my problems and getting them fixed, especially the big brown guy- he's awesome!

I had a really nice experience today at the store. Claudia was very helpful in helping me get a new phone to replace the one I damaged. I upgraded to 128 GB 7 and feel like I will be very happy. Thank you Claudia and the young man who works there also. I can't recall his first name though.
