The Home Depot

For the amount of Home Depots, this was is by far one of the cleanest and most organized locations. The time period I went (around 830am) was not busy compared to other area locations. I was able to find what I needed eventually as the organization of the store was structured different than other locations too. Unlike some other locations, there were plenty of support staff present in the case I had to ask a question.

Just visited Home Depot for a quick roofing project and was assisted by Andrea at the front desk and Joe from the roofing department. I was initially confused about what to do, but Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he guided me through the process.
And at checkout, I had some trouble with my product not having a barcode, but Andrea was helpful, she made sure that everything went smoothly.

Excellent customer service...I'm sitting out of Home depot and writing this review for them.

Andrea, the cashier, was a doll! She was so kind and helpful. It’s so important to have people to talk to when you ask for help. There was a wonderful man who helped me in the lighting section. I didn’t catch his name, but he saved the day! He was tall, thin with gray hair and a hat. Thank you!!!!

Great Depot. Bob, Tom, and the crew at the pro desk and check-out are the best. Mark always on hand to help out.. great hard working crew.. Our go to store for years. Go there.

I go here way too much. Great customer service and easy to order materials they don't have. If they don't carry a product or material, they will help you find where else you can find it. Great location. Not far from me and easy parking.

Genuinely clean store and well organized. There is always someone there to help you or give you directions around the store. The person working the paint counter today was very helpful with my latest project.

Had a wonderful experience this morning with a team member named Carl. He made our trip comical and we loved every second of his personality and kindness.

Came in late last night to buy tile for my daughter's bathroom. After moving 2 boxes of 12 x 12 tiles (heavy!) Found out I cant buy the tile individually Eben though the women at the check out tried many ways to scan the cose on the side. Oh well. When you need 32.5 Sq feet of tile and a cox contains 15 Sq feet. Too bad there's not another small location to tile! Thank you for your patience at check out.

I went to refill 3 propane tanks with my daughter, we pulled right up & unloaded, she parked & went inside while I waited with the tanks,we were there 15 minutes total 👏👏👏 loved it

I love this Home Depot. It is our go to for any home improvement project. Our most recent bring the yard/garden!

I came tonight to look for a few things and FRANK helped me. He was soooo nice and helpful, it’s so hard to find good people willing to help nowadays. It was something as easy as some screws, but he really went the extra mile and I’m thankful for him.

I’d like to thank Joe at customer service for being extremely helpful. And I’d also like to thank Carl who is in plumbing. Carl was patient when l called him back multiple times to find out what type of hot water heater I needed. Both gentlemen showed concern, patience and understanding in addition to being very knowledgeable . This is why I continue to shop at Home Depot in Roxbury. Thank you both for making this an easy and stress free experience.

I buy most of the construction materials or household things at the Home Depot plus I get some Pro member discounts

My favorite home supply store. They always have everything I need. And what I need it I needed immediately! They come to the rescue. I had to fix a leaky shower elbow that was leaking in the wall. They had everything that I needed to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Unlike other stores around their store, people have practical knowledge of all the components and tools. Most of them have spent their lives in associated trades, plumbing, electrical, etc. And that's what sets to the store apart.

There was a great kids activity today ! My kids had a blast !

My favorite place to shop they are great with warranties replaced my water heater same day and have most everything I need for home repairs rite always fair pricing and its rite around the corner can't beat it im a depot guy for life!!

Home depot alway has what most people need. I'm no exception. I can almost always find what I need but sometimes a little more variety in some specialty areas would be nice. I guess that's why healthy competition amongst these types of big box stores is a good thing. I'm sure I'll be reviewing another one soon!

My favorite store. I was looking for a product the app said was sold out. They had 1 left. Looking around, I noticed the place was clean, and had plenty of inventory. I visited 4 departments, and requested assistance from 1 department. The employee was very courteous. Checking out was relatively quick and the staff at the check out was friendly.

What's not to love about Home Depot. They have everything. Their employees are helpful. A little hard to find sometimes. But it's a lot of us and a few of them. Also they honor vets with just their military photo ID. Lowes wants copies of your papers and more information than should be given to a storenfor 10% off. So for that reason Home Depot is our only choice.
