Stewart's Shops

I stop at this Stewart’s when I’m in the area, which has been a lot recently. The staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean and everything is well stocked. I’ve had the burgers and pizza and few times and they’re pretty good. Personally love the coffee from Stewart’s too! Only suggestion, have more cheese pizza or garlic pizza as not everyone eats pork.

This place is very clean and polite. The prices are always reasonable. What i just love about this Stewart's Shop may sound silly but its the air for the tires. Its such a great setup and its FREE. Its a small unit mounted on the side wall in the parking lot. You set your tire pressure and go fill them. It automatically stops and beeps to let you know it's good. Then to the next. Like i said, it sounds silly but its just such a nice convenient setup.

Definitely cleaner than prior visits. Although, just about every time I'm in here, I am "invisible." I could be standing at the register and not even be acknowledged. I love their ice cream, and selection of items, but service could be better. It really just depends on who is working that day. Never have regular hot dogs though.....

Good guy gave good iced cream. Your sure to be a happy customer…. Just dont look behind the milk… my children will never be the same

A clean Stewart's!

Normally I love Stewart’s, so it was pretty disappointing to go to this one this morning. I had to wait for service, even though there was only one other person, then the clerk was pretty terse when she took my order. I couldn’t hear her, so I asked her to repeat herself, and she practically shouted at me. I thought maybe it was just me, but the gentleman behind me made a joke about it outside and told me she’d yelled at him twice for looking at the newspaper before buying it.

Bathroom was dirty and the credit card machine wasn’t working properly.

A worker was very rude. I called the corporate office and was transferred to the so called customer relations department. The women I spoke with not only condoned the workers behavior, but you could tell she could care less. Also, no apology or even a call back. Me and my family will be Boycotting Stewarts and going to Cumberland Farms. After all, the customer service, prices, and cleanliness are much better. Btw…Cumberland Farms gives Free Coffee on the last Friday of each month and several more days through out the year.

I am a big fan and customer of the Stewart's chain, but this location is significantly sub-par.

The staff are rude and have poor customer service skills - I will take my business elsewhere.

There are two other competing stores within 50 yards. The staff needs significant attitude adjustment and re-training or they will lose out to the competition.

Not bad for gas but Sunoco is better. The food is just bad. Microwaved everything, soggy chicken and dirty store. I would expect the tables and counters to be cleaned with 4 employees working.
