Stoney Ridge Store

This review is long overdue not only about the quality of my 2016 insulated shed, but Stoney Ridge Country Stores personal and greatly positive involvement supplying me with a pail of free stain. Their backing of their quality sheds warranty does not go unnoticed. They didn't interrogate me or try to deflect responsibility either. Tim did everything to please us WELL after our purchase from 4 years ago! Also noteworthy, was our recent visit to Stoney Ridge Country Store in Waterloo was eye opening!👁 There are hundreds of amazing choices coupled with very knowledgeable and pleasant store clerks. It made for an eventfully nice shopping experience! I WILL be bringing my wife and daughter to shop there this fall, for sure. I dare say theirs is a unique country store that has an island of wholesomeness seldom seen. I thank them again here, greatly. Sincerely, Michael R.

I drive an hour to go to the store. They have the largest selection of Kona cotton fabric at an incredible price. I am Quilter by trade and I love their fabric selection including cottons batiks wide backs and digitals. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the fabric is worth the drive. I would recommend this to everyone

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim 2 years ago to build our custom greenhouse. We sent him a picture of what we wanted and they built it according to our specs. Very pleased!

Such an awesome, unique store. Went here to get my 5 year old school shoes. I wanted to be able to try them on her and was directed there by the hush puppy website. So happy I went in to purchase them. The staff was extremely friendly and I was surprised at the sheer number of great quality shoes they had for adults and children alike!

We just bought a shed at this store. We are very pleased with the entire experience, from initially shopping for it, to placing the order for it, to the time it took for them to build it, to the delivery of it to our home, and finally to the shed itself. Tim Hoover, the staff at the store and Marvin who delivered it to us, were all professional at all times and did a great job from start to finish. I think the main thing that differentiates this store from others in the area, was their attention to detail. The estimate was very thorough and detailed , all exact measurements on the estimate. Overall, we LOVE our new shed. We highly recommend you go to this store and get yourself a shed!!!

Very nice. Jam-packed with items. Large selection of fabrics, nice selection of shoes and jeans for men. (My son found his size!) And decently priced. Toys and clothes and cookware, salves and crafts. They also have sheds. **no food though, but had some treats/candy**

This place is amazing! It has the largest selection of unique toys and books for kids in the area. It also has a huge sewing section, clothing, cooking/baking, gifts, wooden signs, soaps, candles, candy, CDs, baby supplies, scrapbooking, a whole aisle of stickers, lots of puzzles, seasonal items...it's hard to take it all in. I found the prices to be very reasonable. The store specializes in items for the Mennonite/Amish community; the employees are friendly and helpful. And the store is very clean and neat. It's a great place for locals as well as those passing through.

Tim helped us design the shed, installed the stone foundation
and followed up after the shed was delivered.
A truly painless experience.
I challenge you to find a better built shed in the region.

We loved our 14 x 40 shed so much, May 2020 we ordered
another shed from Tim. This one is a 14X28 and we are
ecstatic over it. Once again a Great experience!

Sheds are still in Great Condition!
The garage door screen makes it pest free for relaxing throughout the summer!

Awesome place ran by awesome people. An awesome experience from start to finish. My shed was awesome. The pad they put down for it was great. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful beyond words. Don't meet alot of people like this anymore. Their store is very unique. Definitely find something interesting to bring home. Thank you! You'll see our business again soon.

My wife was looking for fabric that she was having trouble finding and they had it. The employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. I am positive we will return.

Stony Ridge is a family owned Mennonite Store that sells fabric, clothes, housewares, toys and much more. I was even able to do part of my Christmas shopping there. The owner Rachel is a very knowledgeable lady. She knows what you need for each project and her prices are very very reasonable. I live shopping there. It is a store you can take the time to browse through. When you visit allow at least an hour so you can see everything. I can't wait to shop there again!

This is my favorite store. I love all they have to offer. Everything about nature!!

Just a quick stop, and lots of variety gotta take another day to really visit. But on the awesome side, they had canning lids!!!!! And the Purple Shoe made it easier to find!!!!!

Stoney Ridge installed a garage on my property about a year ago, from the land preparation to the build everything went perfect .Now I have contracted with them for a workshop , just as before couldn’t be more happier. Tim Hover and his crew were professional, on time and the work exceptional. Highly recommend them.

Drove my cousin out here while she was looking for material to make masks and for batiking. She was awestruck at not only the amount of fabric, but the very low price. Most were half the cost of Joanne's Fabric.

Good place to get fabric. The customer service is excellent😁! Also have lots of card supplies, and shoes
