I recently visited and had a great experience. Nebu, was personable and knowledgeable about all the latest cell phone models and accessories. He answered all my questions and made the process enjoyable. The store had a wide variety of models to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new cell phone. Thank you Nebu!

Customer service is amazing the representative that helped me made things easy. I definitely would refer anyone to come on board with Metro at T-Mobile. I have experienced many years of satisfaction. I finally got a 5G phone with my upgrade and paid not nearly a quarter of what the phone was worth. Very pleased.

Anthony and Ashanti at the Amsterdam store were amazing. My mother and I went to get a phone for my father. Anthony set everything up and was very respectful, professional, patient, and kind. Ashanti also helped my mom with a new phone case and assisted Anthony in helping us. She was also very nice and professional. My folks are elderly so knowing that they have such wonderful people at MetroPCS is very helpful, especially if I can't go with them to the store. Thank you Anthony and Ashanti!

Ashanti at the amsterdam store was amazing very professional, patient, and helpful. I brought a phone she set it up for me and helped me out with a case and cover for it. The store was very clean. Music was bumping lol but none the less it was a great experience. Keep up the good work ashanti :)
