I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vertical Cafe in Warsaw, NY, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The cafe presents a cozy, inviting atmosphere that immediately sets a warm and welcoming tone. The staff at Vertical Cafe are genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable cafe experience.
The coffee at Vertical Cafe is what Atlantic Coasters have become accustomed to, excellent 👌
They offer a diverse selection that caters to various preferences, from classic roasts to more unique blends. Each cup is brewed with meticulous care, ensuring that the flavors are fully extracted and vibrant.
I've been coming here on my travels for several years. If you are lazily driving through this beautiful valley, do yourself a favor. Stop for a break here.

Cleanest public bathrooms of the road trip.

Stopped at this lovely place on my way back from a work trip. Needed a quick stop for a refresh, and it happened to be open and parking out front. I was pleasantly surprised.
I was there after the lunch rush, so there was nobody in the place initially.
They have a great menu for food and various coffee, tea, and Boba tea.

The restaurant had a nice amount of seating and some cozy areas for a good catch-up with friends over coffee or tea. They also had some additional seating in the back.

I ordered a cranblue that had chicken and served on a spinach wrap with balsamic vinaigrette. It was very tasty and hit the spot, not to mention big with chips, and they were great. I'm not a big chip person
I rated the service a 4 mainly because I wasn't greeted when I walked in and felt a bit like I inconvenienced them with questions. However, they could have been having an off day, and I will absolutely be stopping in if I pass that way again.

What a cool spot! All kinds of food, pastries, and coffee & tea drinks. It was a great spot to stop for lunch, coffee, and dessert with plenty of seating. The food was all great (we had paninis) and prepared fresh there, and the coffee was great as well. The staff were very friendly, and the seating area was large and clean! A great spot for anything from just a drink (including bubble tea!) to a breakfast or lunch meal. Don't miss out!

I was passing through the town and so glad I made a stop to grab a cup of latte. Great vibes and a very nice spot to hang out with friends or grab a quick bite to eat. Loved my latte!

What a great place! I stopped for an iced coffee today and was just in love with the atmosphere, it's homey and it was packed. the ladies that waited on me had they nicest kundest attitude and smile, she listened to me ramble and made the BEST Caramel Iced coffee I've had in a long time. I currently started working in Warsaw I'm so happy I have a coffee shop to support ! Great job guys keep up the outstanding work !

While visiting from Canada, my wife and I stopped in here and pleasantly surprised the coffee and the atmosphere of an old probably late 18th century building with a labyrinth of different rooms to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy your coffee. We very much enjoyed speaking to Sheena, she has an amazing story to tell and fun fact is an ultra marathon runner and it is preparing to run a 200 mi race. My wife and I were blown away! Back home we're Enjoying the last bag of coffee we bought there . Trying to find an excuse to drive back.

An amazing family owned cafe. My friends and I were traveling through and the staff and owner could not have been more hospitable and friendly. They offered great food service and company. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful cafe, great place to relax or get some delicious coffee or baked goods or even bubble tea. Nicely redone and clean, in a historic building with vintage decor. Conference room that can be rented for showers, etc., a gift shop where you can shop local or support a charitable work overseas, and a cozy reading nook off the gift shop. Really recommend for locals or those passing through on 20A!

I was looking for something minty and the barista said she could make a Peppermint Mocha latte and to tell you it was out of this world. Love it 😀

Tasty food and drinks. Typical Cafe coffee options with added bubble tea. Wide array of food options all with good portion sizes for lunch. Recommend the cookie dough latte and manwrap.

I tried again for 2nd time
My order was taken 1st, then someone came in behind me, she know the casher he got the order be for me.
Waiting for half hours for 2 bubble tea.

Great cafe! Highly recommend this place. Staff was so friendly and they had a cool sitting area through the gift shop where we sat and had our coffees. Coffee was delicious, flavour shots too sweet for my liking but I'll know for next time :)

The Vertical Cafe is such a fun coffee shop. In addition to their espresso drinks and bubble teas, they have great food. The turkey panini is my personal favorite. There is plenty of seating, and they even have a gift shop that sells items from local makers. I'll never get coffee from a chain as long as there is a locally owned shop in town. Long live small business!

Lunch with friends. Staff member came up to our table and wrote down our orders. Food and drink made great and fast even though it was busy. Lost our ticket but eventually found it another customer was trying to pay it forward we could have had a free lunch but we're more than happy to pay. Love your new outside area.

Lovely little spot to stop on our road trip to NYC. Beautiful cafe, lots of selection, friendly staff, clean washrooms. Changing tables and large gathering area. Cute items to purchase and great smoothies and coffees. Seems like a local family owned spot. Check it out.

We were heading back to Canada today. Arrived at coffee shop at 4:58 to find out shop was closing in two minutes. Lady in shop asked if she could get us something quick and she made tea for both of us. Was so good of her and so appreciated by both of us. Hats off to Vertical Coffee Shop.

Hello, this is Alessia, Luca and Barbara, the Italian family that stopped by a month ago on our way to NYC. This Cafe was absolutely stunning, the people were increadibly nice and the food was just amazing! We had a nice chat with the barista while waiting for our meals and it's safe to say this place was our favourite find during this trip. Definitely trourist friendly. We hope to be back sometimes soon!

Amazing stop for a road trip. Very family and toddler friendly with change tables, lots of space, delicious food and kind staff.
