FOUNTAIN SQUARE OUTFITTERS LLC

Fountain Square Outfitters is located right around the corner from me, so I've gone there to buy a cold-weather vest, a pull-over fleece, and a pair of winter gloves. They specialize in Patagonia products, but sell other brands, as well. Not cheap by any means, but there are clearance items downstairs where you can often find lower-priced clothing, and the items I have bought are of high quality. The people who work there have been quite helpful, as well.

FSO is my go-to shop for top-quality duds and gear. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always walk out with more gear than I intended but the selection is great and I've never been disappointed. Don't forget to check out the lower level. Lots of outdoor gear and you can score some deals all around.

Quality goods and very knowledgeable staff. We bought Trek Poles and when we got on the trail in NC., we found my Poles were mismatched. Original packaging included one small and one large pole, not fun! I called from the trail, explained and they shipped me a replacement Pole, no questions asked and at no charge up front. They took my word that I would ship the other back in good faith, which I did immediately upon our return. I'm a customer for life!
