This location is clean and usually well stocked. Open 24/7. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Occasionally they get really busy, and I see only one working at the register. Coffees are usually all ready to go with no empties. The indoor restrooms are locked all the time so you must ask for the key. The hot food is always fresh. Alot of bugs on the outside lights but not as bad as other stores I've seen, could be a lot worse.

Within walking distance if many great sites to see in Hudson falls and good customer service

This store is terrible. The food is always old and outdated, never fresh. The staff are always grumpy especially the night staff, the one chick was so hopped on heroin she was nodding off on the register. There’s always tweaks hanging outside and the building is just crumbling. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this one!

Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee but the staff is unprofessional. I heard an older male staff member cursing and gossiping right in front of 10 customers in the coffee area and only one person knows how to ring, with the line out the door while the other staff members stare at you instead of help. There needs to be a lot of retraining done in that store.

Frequently stop here, never had a problem in the past. New employee tonight was extremely rude to the person in front of me so I returned my items to their proper place and will be driving the extra few miles to maple street in the future.
