T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

If you are interested in T-Mobile (and you should be) then this is the store to go to!
First of all, don't let any "corporate" store try to convince a third party retail store like this one is any different or sub par. In fact, having dealt with both, I can honestly say there is a deeper interest in customer service from this third part TMobile than in the "corporate" store!

Jaden went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and delivered that deal better than I expected! Her and Abe even went the extra mile and drove to another store to get the equipment I wanted! The "corporate" store would just simply order it.

Bottom line, being a long time Verizon customer, T-mobile simply offers better and more economical plans and service. Add that to the impeccable service going above and beyond by this store, you won't be let down!

I cannot say enough kind words about Bruce. His knowledge, kindness and patience are all models of the best customer service I have had in YEARS!! My son and I had a tricky issue when we switched our carrier to T Mobile. And Bruce stayed with us over an hour and a half after the store closed until he figured out the issue. Bruce figured it out and solved our rough issue!! If go here ask for Bruce!!

This t-mobile was great! Very personable and we had so many questions and considering my teen is better at phones than me, they were very patient. Great service. Earned all the stars!

Had a great experience with Sallie Roth and another male associate. They both helped my husband and I get new phones and switched our accounts over from another provider. Both were very attentive, friendly, patient and helpful. Store was clean and appeared well managed. Great experience overall.

This is by far the most amazing store! The manager is so awesome and helpful, she always goes the extra mile. She even had another employee drive an hour away to get the phone my daughter wanted! Thanks Sallie you are the BEST! I drive an extra 20 minutes just for her assistance because I know it will be done right the first time!!

Popped in for a screen protector and told them what I was looking for (didn't like the texture of the matte) and they suggested the liquid glass. They installed it and were friendly the entire time. Very laid back and easygoing atmosphere with super knowledgeable staff.

Migrated to t Mobile after years with AT&T and had excellent service with Danielle today. Have not seen first billing to ensure all the appropriate discounts are reflected yet but the conversions was great !!!

Ben T. was very helpful at this Sprint location. We had a complicated case of transferring from Ting, but he went above and beyond to help us transfer to Sprint. He even came in on his day off to help wrap up our transfer. I recommend this Sprint location and Ben T.
