AT&T Store

We went to Target to set up a phone and they screwed us over. When we came here they were so kind and helpful. They explained everything to us and walked us through the process of fixing it.

Ryan (the manager) was extremely helpful through the process of me getting a new phone and setting it up as well. He was very transparent about any types of fees that I would be facing in the future. Also, he made me aware that Veteran’s can receive an awesome deal for their service to their country with AT&T. Ryan did an amazing job with helping his customers.

My family and I love this store! Jonathan was the best person we’ve ever worked with at AT&T. He was so thorough & made sure we understood everything every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!

After going to a corporate owned ATT store across the street from this store and given the most rude and abusive treatment by one of the sales associates, I came here. The sales associate here was wonderful. Went above and beyond. Do all your business here. I cannot believe some people still have a job after acting like this. If I behaved this way at work, I'd be fired. It's all about the sales and if you aren't a walking dollar sign, get lost.

We were very satisfied with our visit into the Niles mall store yesterday. We got waited on as soon as we walked in and our sales rep was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He helped us with adding 2 new lines to our plan for our children.
