The Jason was awesome. He was training new employees and was very helpful at the same time. The entire staff were amazing. Best experience I have ever had with t mobile!!!!

By far the best experience I have had with a cell phone company! I had already been to the Sprint website and done my research and found the phone and plan I wanted that also had perks included, I had two other questions that I was going to ask them that involved two other deals. When I arrived at the store I told Steven about the deal I had found online and wanted to know more about it. He immediately was super friendly and told me everything I wanted to know and before I could even ask him my other two questions that were important to me he had already answered them and told me about other perks that I did not know about!!! I mean talk about customer service and already knowing what the customer may or may not want but still letting them know about everything. So I needed two phones but they only had one in stock but that was not a problem for Steven! He immediately found out from another store that they had another phone stock and was willing to go and get it himself!! Above and beyond customer service if you ask me!! The two other gentlemen that work there (so sorry I forgot your names!) were very amazing as well. Great customer service skills easy to talk to also telling me about other deals I didn't know about and I appreciated that. Everything about the plan, the phone and the deals were explained to me in detail I never once felt like they were trying to throw the wool over my eyes and get more money out of me they told me the ins-and-outs of everything and I was very comfortable with that and very appreciative of time they spent with me. Thank you guys so much for making this a way better experience then the other phone company!! YOU ALL ROCK!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service from this branch of T-mobile. In my opinion, Jill and Andrea, went out of their way to be helpful and see that all my issues were resolved before I left their store. Their knowledge was top-notch and their great personalities helped to enhance the T-mobile brand. Jill and Andrea (and this store) are great ambassadors for T-mobile. Before going to this storefront I had tried to handle my cellular business online but had been transferred from one department to another four times so hoped dealing with an individual face-to-face would improve my chances of resolution. The end result (at the store) was complete satisfaction. I have nothing but accolades about my experience here.

I went in for a new phone and phone line Jason and Andrea were extremely helpful and managed to multitasking with other customers while still providing me with exceptional service and the best promotion and price possible. I bought all of my accessories there as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Andrea was the one who helped me, she was very friendly and fast! She deserves a promotion with her customer service. Jill and Steven were also very friendly and helpful as well. I'm glad I left MetroPCS and went back to T-Mobile. Definitely staying with them.

Love this store! We first went here last year when we switched from AT&T to Sprint and they were so helpful. Got us hooked up with our new phones and all of the employees where knowledgeable and super friendly/fun. I have had to go back a couple different times, and just recently to upgrade my phone to he iPhone 7 and it is exactly the same. Definitely the best customer service I have had at a mobile retail store. I highly recommend them!!

I had a very frustrating situation today and the help I received at this store was PHENOMENAL! Estevan and Claudia were AMAZING! I am so glad that I went in to the store to get their help. They TOP Sprint Customer Care because they know how to find the problem and FIX IT! Very happy with my experience! This has been and will be my main Sprint Store!

This sprint store is THE best. Zach snd Jacob are amazing. They were patient, listened to my issues and went above and beyond just normal customer service. Brit was very helpful as well. I will not go anywhere else but here for my cell phone needs.

Our business was moving after 26 years from Verizon to T-Mobile and having some major issues with porting one of our phones over on a Friday late afternoon which left me without a phone and trying to run a business. Went into this T-Mobile store and spoke with Sheyanne G and explained the situation. Sheyanne was so very kind and helpful even when a co-worker mentioned she would not receive any commission in helping me as my account is a business one. Sheyanne stated that it was okay, she just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She worked on getting my phone ported over and set up Friday night and first thing Saturday morning. Sheyanne is an absolute gem and pleasure to work with. Great asset to T-Mobile! Thanks again Sheyanne G for all your help and hard work.

Roque and his crew are awesome! I had a problem with a newer phone, they were all very helpful. Roque spent the better part of his day making sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Sprint has a quality crew at this location.

After 10 years of being a Sprint customer I was ready to leave and go back to Verizon. After working with the store manager Claudia & the amazing staff here, they kept my buisness. They are exactly what Customer Service is about!!! They simply listened and made me feel understood and empathized with my very complicated contract/upgrade dilemma. I actually enjoyed my time at the store! So Claudia and everyone at the Franklin Sprint Store in Nampa; THANKYOU!!!!! (For the staff working todayP.s. dont forget to take your daily dose of B.S. and make plenty of fish oil at night!) lmao

Dirk help me set up my new account on black friday. They were busy and Dirk and the store manager came and assured me they would be with me as soon as possible.the rushed calmed down and Dirk, Brett and their new hire were all working to get me taken care of. Everyone in the store had food sense of humer and very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone.

After having nothing but problems with another local sprint store I went into the Franklin Sprint store ready to cancel my entire account. Dirk and Yabba were the most patient people I have ever dealt with at Sprint. While one of them got all of the information off of the phone the other store said was impossible , the other fixed my account after the other store did god knows what! I live in boise closer to other stores but will make the extra drive to see the guys from now on.
