Went in to test the battery and alternator, Randall installed my new battery for me and took great care covering the terminals with dielectric grease while I sat back and relaxed. Was not expecting that level of service.

Wanted a couple items for our car. They have the parts and good advice. My go-to place for car and truck stuff.

They tested my kids battery, alternator and made a stellar recommendation on a dashboard solar battery charger because the car isn't driven often and the battery dies. Problem solved! Will be back when the next need arises!

Stopped in for a battery check, found out mine had a dead cell, needed a new one-bought it and they put it in for me-She seen me in a walking boot and didn't want me to struggle putting one it. They are always nice and respectful, clean establishment

Went out to the truck this morning and my battery was dead! Got a jump from my neighbor and shot over to O'Reilly. Caleb was super awesome, he got me a new battery, swapped it out for me and even checked my alternator! Couldn't have been a better experience, thanks Caleb and O'Reilly!!!

Quick and helpful service! It's nice to finally have an auto parts store close to home. The guy behind the counter was quick to help me out and knew exactly where what I needed was in the store.

Went in asking for a battery test. Tom helped me out and even replaced a part for me. He was very friendly and had me safely on my way in about 20 minutes.

We had an engine light come on during a road trip. Went straight to O'Reilly to use a scope and find out what was going on. They helped us understand what was wrong, looked up parts, printed a diagram of where those parts are on the engine, and gave good advice. We made repairs and were on the road in an hour.

I'm so happy I don't have to drive to the downtown Nampa autozone anymore (never liked that store was just closest to me) and I'm happy an Oriley's opened LITERALLY 1 MILE from my house on birch:)! Great staff here BTW!
