Best customer service I have received in any CVS thank you!

The employees are cheerful and friendly. The pharmacists know me, and I feel welcome. The store itself is kept orderly and is well-stocked. It is my favorite store in the chain, and it is the best in the neighborhood.

The employees are very caring and kind. I appreciate that sometimes customers aren't very good at showing appreciation for the work these employees do each and every day, but I really appreciate you. Thanks.

Usually not busy, the cashiers are very quick and friendly 10/10 would recommend to come here.

I just went to pick up a prescription for my fiance, and the poor pharmacist literally threw the prescription at me through the plastic window, because she was so terrified to be interacting with a customer. This is not a review to berate the pharmacist - I get it, it's scary for her to be at work right now. It's a review to maybe let CVS know that they should be offering options to employees who may feel unsafe. I'm not sure how, because you can't really be a "work from home" pharmacist, but I felt horrible for this woman. She did inform me that we could have prescriptions mailed, which was nice, but we've tried to organize that before and it's never worked, so we just go in person. Otherwise, store was well-stocked and everyone was wearing a mask.

This store is actually very nice. The only problem I saw was they have very trashy and ungrateful customers. I understand that its in a bad section of Boston so I give the employees credit for their patience.

Had what we needed, but somewhat inconvenient because most products are under lock and key, so you have to wait for an employee to get things for you.
